Does anyone have a logical explanation for this??

As I have written previously, my colonoscopy preps are almost like the preps they used in the early days. Long, drawn out affairs with nasty laxatives & lots of enemas. This past August, I decided to try my JBL bag for the first in a series of enemas. On my last enema of the prep, I can usually take a four quart saline enema. I filled the JBL with six quarts of saline solution, lubed up & sat down. It's no secret that the sitting position is probably not a great way to take an enema & I wasn't expecting to take much, maybe 2 quarts. When I felt full, I closed the valve & got up. I realized I was quite distended & made my way to the bathroom.

I realized I had taken much more than I thought I could! When I measured what was left in the JBL, I was shocked. It was a few ounces shy of two quarts.........I had actually taken 4+ quarts on the first enema of the series! I've always had to work up to the 4 quart level.

This doesn't make sense.........the wrong position, no prior cleanout & a lot of volume (for me, YMMV). Anyone else experience this with a JBL? How does this happen??

I don't have a good answer based on objective physics and medicine, but in my reading and experience with my own ~6+ quart JBL, even with my vertical distal-single-hole nozzle in me, I think this is common experience. I love siting on a full JBL until it's stopped filling me, and though I haven't measured it except initial fill volume, I've had many fills that were certainly more than 4 quarts. When Susie comes back online with us, you might ask her as she often knows the physics of certain fetishes better than most.
