When did enemas first become sexual for you?

When I was about age 9 we moved to a different house in the country with a bathtub that had a faucet that could be rotated 180° so it pointed up instead of down. Growing up, starting around age eight or nine, my siblings and I called it an enema hard-on. Then, as teenagers, it changed from enema hard-on, to enema horny.

I can certainly relate, perhaps its like Pavlov's dogs; the reaction started begin long before undressed and in position guessing as a learnt response and anticipation.

For me, enemas first because sexual around 6th grade. Though I had been fantasizing and thinking about enemas ever since getting them when I was six, I realized in about 6th grade that they gave me the same kind of sexual feelings and butterflies when I thought about the boys that I liked. I remember being in high school and thinking that I would outgrow my desire for enemas after I had sex, which of course never happened 😁

That's something, I've thought about as well. The year before my wife and I got married; she shared an apartment with my sister. Having started douching and using enemas as a teenager, on the advice of her OB/GYN, to relieve constipation and period cramps. Tho, she wasn't a fan of enemas, she used them as prescribed. That changed, the year she and my sister shared an apartment together. As teenagers, my brother and I swapped enemas with our sister on a regular basics, until we finished High School for both health and pleasure.
