In fantasy role play or real life, have you, as a patient in a M.D. or D.D.S. setting, had an assistant or Doc's breast

I have had a number of experiences where a staff member at the family practitioner, urgent care center, emergency room, M.A.S.H. unit or aid station on deployment, Orthodontist, (why couldn't my dentist assistant or dental hygienist be that feminine cool? Oh, right! He was too cheap too hire one.) and Emergency room. This really cute assistant, no, more like an apprentice orthodontist herself, had huge, firm, warm, pillowy bossoms that gave her extra leverage and posture support, using my face as a load bearing structure, too plant her load bearing support apparatus, dead weight breast first, on. This took pressure off her back and shoulders while increasingly motor control of her hands on those high speed power tools going in and out of my open mouth. Iether that, or she thought it was cute the way her areola left indentations around my eyes like a flesh colored raccoon's mask. I am certain she didn't believe in bras. She always sent me on my way with a small package of tissues for my convenience.

Many years ago, I had a rather ungainly looking mole removed from my neck. Simple out-patient stuff, in and out of the clinic in less than an hour.

However, the dermatologist (or assistant) was somewhat younger than my 38 years at the time. Very friendly and competent. For some reason i haven't been able to figure out, but did enjoy, she leaned over my head to work on the mole on my neck and kept her breasts pressed against my head and part of my face. I am still trying to figure out the rationale for doing so and cannot picture it clearly. I was and still am, certain she did it intentionally.

But I did enjoy it. After she was done and I was back upright, she gave me a nice smile, but I wasn't sure it was a 'knowing' smile or just her general friendly demeanor.

At my work place we were offered annual well-man or well-woman medicals. These took place at a private GP's practice in London and it was pot-luck as to which of the five doctors you got. One of the doctors was a petite Italian lady who had a preference for wearing low-cut tops, and although her breasts were on the small side her tops left nothing to the imagination. When she bent over the bed while performing parts of the examination you were just waiting for them to fall out, but I guess her bra was up to the job. While she examined the testicles you were asked to stand with your back against the bed while she went down on one knee and felt your balls from below. If you decided to look down at this point well it could get embarrassing...
