The doctor will cause you pain and discomfort, both, while ensuring that you're constantly kept in lewd and compromising positions.
You're in your late teens or early 20's
You haven't been to a doctor like this before. You've heard some things but don't know quite what to expect.
Let's talk about some of the procedures.
You're fully nude for the exam

He inserts two unlubricated fingers in your rear, no hesitation. You jump in pain but continue to hold yourself open.
Then he lets you know that you'll need to be cleaned inside.
He goes to a drawer and gets various instruments.
You don't know that he is getting and inflatable enema nozzle, and irritant cream. He very professionally explains that he is doing just that, and that this would be painful but allow him to check your rectum more fully in the next phase of the exam.
He puts the irritant cream on the nozzle, and begins push it in. It is very large and the cream begins to burn. He tells you to nevermind the pain, and to brace yourself.
He forces it the rest of the way in and you finally have it in you. The inflation of the nozzle brings a fresh round of tears.
The enema takes 20 minutes and after that you are allowed to use the toilet. You are still burning from the irritant cream. The cream has made your back hole quite raw.
You're asked to get on the table, lie on your back and put your legs in the stirrups.
The doctor lets you know that he will examine your vagina and that when he is finished, he will place a catheter to collect a urine sample.
You're terrified because you never thought of anything going in your urethrea.
He lets you know that because you are receiving the most detailed possible examination, it will be necessary to use a rather large speculum. He shows you three different specula, and explains that since you're not sexually active, this is likely to be especially painful for you.
This large one allows him to see everything that he needs to and to make a few additional checks.
Is a collons speculum, which will open you from side to side and allow him to access your urethrea so that he can place the catheter.
He asked your move down to the end of the table all the way and then asks you to move down a little more.
With the instruments laying in a tray to his left, he lets you know that the first step is to use his hands.
He lets you know he will penetrate your anus and vagina now.

He begins to insert it, but you are too tight. He asks you to move down the table a little bit more and relax your muscles. With some force, he is able to get the instrument into you. You feel incredibly full.
Then, he begins to open it using the screw on its side. Tears begin to flow from your eyes, and he continues to open the metal violator in your hole.
He tells you not to worry, that he would examine you carefully and well. You begin to bleed a little from the tearing of your hymen
Well it's finally open, your hands are gripping the side of the table and you're no longer crying, just whimpering, the speculum is so huge in your tight vagina.
He rhen takes a pap smear, and let's you know it is time to place the catheter, which he will leave in place during the rectal dialation and rigid sigmoidoscopy.
You're urethra is already exposed because this maculum is spread so wide. He grabs the catheter, a very large one, and pushes it into you. It burns, you cry.
Somewhere in the back of your mind there's the thought of arousal. A total stranger is checking every detail of your body and violating your ways that you have never considered before.
The catheter is now fully inserted. You're drained.
You're shaking from the intensity of the pain and violation.
The doctor removes the speculum, and tells you it is time to dilate your anus so that he can visually inspect your rectum.
