My favorites for manual blood pressure monitors remain the two German manufacturers Erka and BoSo.
The blood pressure monitors from Erka impress with their classic design and precision. The cuffs feel very good on the skin. They are made of good and high quality material. The cuffs are available in different sizes, so that you always have the right size. The clock for reading the values is large and clear. The pump ball lies well in the hand and can be easily squeezed. With one pump stroke you get a lot of air into the cuff.
Erka is generally known for her one hose cuffs, which often prevents the hose salad.
The manual measuring devices from the manufacturer BoSo are almost as good as the manual measuring devices from Erka. What is special about BoSo is that you can buy the cuffs in several color variations. For example, you can buy cuffs and the actual device (manometer, pump ball) in colors such as: neon green, sun yellow, fire red, sky blue, or pig pink, deep purple, etc. The cuffs from BoSo are offered in the one hose system, as in the two hose system.
When it comes to electronic blood pressure monitors, I prefer manufacturers from Germany / Europe too. The manufacturer Aponorm brings very good measuring devices onto the market. Some of these measuring devices have an automatic multiple measurement. Three measurements are carried out one after the other. Thus the values are particularly accurate and precise. In addition, most of the higher measuring devices have a control of the pulse rate for arrhythmias. If such an arrhythmia occurs during the measurement, the measuring device recognizes it and can still determine meaningful values.
These are my favorites in the list of my personal blood pressure monitors that I would and do use.
