In my scenario, a young trans woman is referred to a dentist by her endocrinologist, without being told why. The clinic she's sent to is quite busy, with all the patients being other trans girls. The staff are dressed in all pink, wearing scrubs, hairnets, cone masks, and safety goggles. When the assistant calls her in, she's told to remove all her clothes. She's led past a row of other nude trans girls having their teeth worked on, and is helped into a combination of a dental and gyno chair. The assistant straps her in securely and puts a cheek retractor in place, then leaves to tend to other patients. After a significant amount of time waiting, a hygienist comes to give her a very thorough cleaning, while a nurse examines her body to see how her hormones are treating her. Over the next several hours, she's tended to by a variety of dental professionals (all female, cis and trans) performing any necessary procedures to make her smile perfect, including whitening, fillings, root canals, and potentially extractions. The closest thing to pain relief are assistants occasionally massaging her penis and prostate during more intense procedures. Despite this, the staff are all very friendly, making small talk, complimenting her, and taking small breaks to soothe her when the pain is too much. Eventually she's visited by the orthodontist, and her mouth is stuffed with orthodontia, including trans pride-colored braces, a tongue crib, lip bumpers, TADs, palate expanders, and a humiliating headgear that forces her to constantly bare her teeth, which she is unable to remove. Finally, she's released from the restraints and given back her clothes, but not before being locked in a chastity cage, and scheduled for another appointment next month.
