Masturbation and sensitivity concern

I believe in preserving sensitivity and if possible endurance. Masturbation kill real-life skills. I’ve tried below to offset issues with sensitivity. Let me know of your tips and tricks

1. Posh wank. With condom and then a non restrictive masturbation sleeve

2. Use folded ball sac to act as an interface between hand and shaft when rubbing

3. Rub by reducing rubbing and just shaking by holding penis neck

I am now 74 years old and masturbate daily for 65 years.

Of course, I also notice a lessening of Glans sensitivity.

And the penis has not been really hard for some years now. Good that there is the masturbation because the erection is still enough. The masturbation I need because I feel without semen emptying after 2, 3 days an uncomfortable feeling of fullness, which subsides pleasantly after masturbation. The system is probably used to regular emptying. Unfortunately, I sometimes have to stop masturbation because of the now lower sensitivity, although emptying would be enjoyable. Who can confirm that?

That I have problems with sex to get an orgasm. Bad is with me only that after some time, the erection subsides and I then have to break off the sex.

I explain the effect with the fact that through the long time in which I masturbate, I have gotten used to certain stimuli of the penis or the sexual system. Because you can do with the hand quite specific stimulation, which are then not available during sex.

Interesting topic. I did notice a significant loss of sensitivity in the glans but not the foreskin over the years. In my experience abstinence is the best in keeping the sensitivity. In a way that a few days of abstinence restores it slightly. But if you got to do it then make sure to have some lubrication. Either natural (precum) or some lubricant.

Sometimes I do masturbate more out of habit than need, without waiting to get the machinery naturally lubricated and that is pretty rough and quick. I am afraid that I lost a lot of sensitivity because of that over the years.

I could imagine that a slower and gentler, more 'mindful" stroking would also be better than an iron fist grip...

I do like the "emptying" feeling that Jagtstein mentioned. It is as if I would get rid of some burden.

I've had plenty of PIV sex over the years. At least 65 years of jerking off and I never got tired of it. If I were to be honest, I would say that I could come easier by jerking off than PIV sex.... But that is not always the case. If you need a partner, get yourself a 2-in diameter length of PVC and then line it with bubble wrap. Grease up your rod and stick it in the pipe. That will be one tight p****. Sadly, some of you dudes will need to use the one and a half inch PVC. Have fun.
