Medfet Exam - Dominant Patient Ideas

I’m sorry if this has been covered or discussed before, but I am a male play doctor (that doesn’t switch) and have recently started discussing an exam with a female patient that is normally dominant towards men. I have been trying to develop exam scenarios/ideas that would allow me to examine her while she remains dominant and within her comfort zone. Has anyone experienced anything similar, and/or have any ideas/thoughts?

You could role play a male student giving his stern instructor a physical to prove he can pass the test or perhaps some after class tutoring etc.

Or you could be ER staff when female authority figure ( former teacher professor f family member) arrives.

If you've been discussing this idea with her, what are her ideas? Even though she may be usually dominant toward men, she has to realize that submitting to you for an exam will be a submissive experience for her. She must actually want to be submissive in this case, otherwise she wouldn't even be discussing it with you. Either that or she already has ideas and fantasies that she'd like to act out. I would try to discover more of what she really wants to get out of the scene. It may turn out that she wants to be "forced" into submission by you. On the surface, she won't submit to the exam willingly, but deep down it's what she really wants.

You can indeed pull off a submissive male doctor! So I'll have to strongly disagree with JimmyJohnson that she must secretly want to submit. I'd go with the power dynamic she wants the first time and suggest reversing the dominant one next time if she's happy with her first session.

For her:

- must act extremely comfortable about every procedure

- she can then be a very no bullshit patient with no need to beat about the bush

- example: she strips her bottoms off, lays back in the chair/table, and unceremoniously swings each leg out into the syrups, and scoots down without you asking her

- annoyed she says "Hurry up. I have places to go."

- you drop the speculum and need to go get a clean one

you:

- very uncomfortable and nervous

- new doctor? Just a nurse filling in? She owns your clinic?

- due to your nerves you stammer while explaining what you want to do

- you: "Um, I, ah--- I need to. you know.... check those parts."

- her: "Do you actually work here? Get the speculum. Vulva, not "those parts"" (she check her phone, bored and annoyed)

She may the patient but you are following her commands. You might always check a patient's vulva as part of your routine but this time you do it because she tells you to, wishing she had chosen a competent doctor.

@ExamDownThere I can see what you mean. I stand corrected. I really never thought about the patient being in control like that.

Although it's a scenario I have never acted out , I'm sure there is plenty of opportunity to develop ideas along lines of a kindly and professional older doctor being presented with a strong spirited lady who insists on the examination being more thoroughly than is strictly or medically necessary . The Dr maintaining it is not possible to conduct internal examinations without a chaperone perhaps . Clearly she is going to insist and he reluctantly agrees against his professional wisdom to carry out all manner of humiliating medical procedures and examinations just to satisfy his patient's medfet desires.....

I do that a lot. I'm always the patient and he's always the doc but I'm usually the Dom. Doc always force me to strip and give up my clothes. Although once in the gown. I take over.

You know look up my ass. Is my prostate okay. Check it again keep your finger on it.

On your knees doc. Then it's orders. Damn it DOC.

Tell doc gets pissed off and we switch.

And back and forth.

Yes I like the idea that she is the med professor giving him his final exam which is to perform a full physical exam on her. She remains the patient but is the authority figure in charge.

That sounds like something we have to try one day.

I have bought a real tunic from the Danish healthcare sector supplier.

The is a rather short tunic, which here looks great with a pair of black or red nylon stockings.

There may be it could be her turn to suddenly be examined, and used.

I love the scenario of a female CEO or VP of a corporation type coming in for a physical - or female VP candidate interviewing for that position in a company, who is required to submit to a thorough physical - the female patient is used to being the one is charge and now has to submit to invasive, embarrassing proceedures in order to be hired for the executive position - her dominant role is slowly eroded as she has to allow the doctor to intimately probe her body - she complains, but realizes she must surrender her dominant role and reluctantly submit
