Sleeping like a baby?

Does sleeping like a baby, actually mean that in order for one to get a decent amount sleep you have to regress back to wearing diapers and cuddling your favourite stuffed toy?.

As I am not one for taking things literally although I do prefer to wear diapers/nappies at night just in case of embarrasing accidents as I am a heavy sleeper.

And yes wearing them does tend to make me more relaxed and therefore if I have to go back to being a baby or toddler why not go all the way, as in diapers soft toys etc...

Anyway please let me know as I am kind of curious about the potential of waking up every day relaxed without the worry about going to the restroom/toilets every 15 minutes.

I am always diapered awake or asleep , I don't regress ,I don't understand it .

I have sleep disorders so every night @ 1 AM I am catheterized for the last time of the day,my night diaper is put on me ,by the time this is done Its about 1:30 , I am given my sleeping pills ,I take 60 Mg of Temazepam and if I am lucky will get a decent night sleep. I think the expression sleep like a baby predates the founding of the diaper fetish,and has nothing to do with ABDL or trying to regress or repress ones actual age . But it does remind me of an old song lyric , go on YT and search for Joshua Kadisson "mama's arms" I believe is the title ,it's from his first album Painted desert serenade,it's a really moving song , the lyrics (> lost my birth mother young) speak to me on a soul level,I suspect he lost his mom young also or he really nailed the feelings that wash over you ,and is genius at writting lyrics .

So yes I technically do sleep like a baby or toddler to be honest.

How do I sleep like that well let’s see how you feel.

1 my bedroom has a door gate that I can only open when I’m in adult mode.

2 my room has a lot of paw patrol pictures and toys.

3 my room has nightlight and monsters spray.

4 I sleep in a car bed with pawpatrol quiet and sheets.

5 I sleep with a lot of teddies and 3 dollies.

6 I normally have my teething keys

7 I dress in a diaper plastic pants and a combo of frilly over pants/pjs/onesie/nighty .

8 I have 2 bottles one with formula and one with juice.
