What is a good solution that is not long lasting

What do you want to accomplish with the enema? True pain/discomfort or does the sub or spouse actually like and get aroused by enemas?

This seems like it might be able to merge with another thread on punishment enemas, no? I could mention a couple of things that have given me very difficult, almost painful enemas at times, but I don't give or receive punishment enemas so others, maybe like Susie, should weigh in on this. Now I do adore receiving enemas as a sub to my ex's switch Domme, but even though I complain a lot in my sub role, it doesn't rise to the level of punishment.

If you don't see any other replies, do a Search (Use the Search text +punishment +enema) on punishment enemas. If you search only in the titles, there are at least 22 threads about punishment enemas. If you search all the thread text, it's over 333 threads. Let us know what you decide on and how it feels to you. And you can still write in here and ask more questions.

Perhaps inserting a couple of glycerin suppositories, immediately followed by a warm soapy enema might answer your question. It is a bit crampy and the urge to evacuate increases with time. Once expelled and a rinse enema given, you are back to normal with no residual effects. If that is not punishment enough, then have you husband insert an anal plug to help you retain it longer.

A others have said, the solution choice depends on the desired effect. My suggestion goes in fairly easily but soon causes strong cramps and becomes very hard to hold, even with a retention device. The longer it's held, the more intense the effects.

The solution is made with 1 to 1.5 Qts warm water, as warm as comfortable but not hot.

Dissolve two Magic Bullet suppositories in the water (water soluble Dulcolax, 10mg per suppository) and add 1 Oz of liquid Castile Soap, like Dr. Bonners.

Give the solution as quickly as comfort will permit with a well lubricated colon tube (#22 to #32) inserted at least 5" and preferable 8".

The bag should be held low, not elevated more than about 2 feet. The goal is to get the full bag of solution into the person before the laxative effect begins.,

As soon as all the solution is all in, withdraw the colon tube, pressing a wad of tissue against the recipient's anus to prevent leaks, then promptly plug them, preferably with an inflatable plug. Then just wait for results.

Be prepared in case there is a messy accident. Plugs don't always stay in.

Need more info on what you are looking for. For me, it’s plain water. Rinses me out and doesn’t last long. If you want it for discipline, increase the volume. If you want intense cramps use @SwitchableSusie solution.

A good solution for me is two qt`s very worm water and 6 ounces wine. Not too much wine it could hurt you.

For punishment livery soap till the water is cloudy, 2 table spoons backing soda. 3 qt`s very worm water.
