Buying Medical Supplies

I've been looking for some medical supplies to set up my own "in home clinic". It seems that eBay is a great place to find many new and used items. My questions for you is, what are the tools that you would buy to have an adequate medical kit for a realistic exam?

1. Stethoscope

2. Otoscope - eyes, ears, nose

3. Reflex hammer

4. Blood pressure cuff

5. Fingertip pulse oximeter

What else? I don't want to invest a fortune and most of these items are small and inexpensive. But is there anything else I should add?

We’ll surely pretty quickly you’re going to want some sort of urethral sounds? And/or catheter?

There are some pretty inexpensive $150 range EKGS on amazon.

Catheters both intermittent and Indwelling.

Chux, gloves, diapers,maxi pads(abdominal compress) , disposable SSES, surgilube,swabs, both cotton for cervix mucus ,alcohol saturated, dry with betadine solution for cleansing disinfecting prior to catheterising etc.

A selection of disposable speculum for vaginal/ anal exam trays .

Various capacity SYRINGES ,a selection of needle sizes levels and bores ( there is everything from sub Q to deep IM and beyond )

Sooner or later you will want a split exam table with stirrups and capacity for Positional restraint.
