"selling your body is unethical and immoral"....Not my opinion, you can do what you want with your body.
I'm with you on this one. I have never said that selling one's own body is unethical or immoral, and I don't believe it is.
As I mentioned earlier, I agree with Libertarians, in arguing that when consenting adults decide to have sex that involves a participant receiving some form of material benefit, it is absolutely none of the government's (or community's) business.
Unfortunately, as the situation in the Netherlands and elsewhere (see citations below) indicates, knowing who is consenting and who isn't, is no easy matter. This is not a simple issue, and more has to be done to prevent sexual slavery.
I hope that something along the lines of the recommendations in the Dutch national report will be implemented there and in other settings: legalization of prostitution, with expanded enforcement against all human traffickers... and especially those who try to exploit legalization as a cover for coercion. (See also recommendations in the Conclusions section of the Cho, Dreher and Neumayer article.)
As agracier said, forced labor of any kind is wrong. From my own perspective, forcing someone into sexual acts is particularly horrifying and repugnant.
Consenting adults having sex for which one receives money, is not horrifying or repugnant... any more than someone providing a non-sexual massage, counseling, or any other form of care for money, would be. IMO, all of these can be beautiful... and the fact that one receives money for his/her service does not change that.
