Evil doctors?

I'm pretty new to the MedFet area, and for me it's more an extension of my natural sadism than anything else. I like to explore my partners limits, and obviously their pain threshold. When I've done examinations its more like a very impersonal check to see if they are healthy enough to be a good subject for a series of experiments. Its all role play so there are lots of questions about how healthy their heart is, how long they might survive, etc etc.

I was wondering if other people play this way, or whether there's a specific sub genre of MedFet just for evil doctors?

I just saw this. Yup. I’m not a heavy pain slut so it’s less about ‘are you healthy enough to withstand my torturing you’ but the exam part is usually to determine am I healthy enough (heart , no STDs etc) to be (a slave, a test subject, the doctor’s unwilling toy, etc) but there often is pain involved.
