Introducing female sub to punishment and was wondering if there was any light punishments to start o

Hi, I’m looking for a few light punishments, nothing extreme as we are just getting started, was looking for punishments for when she refuses or resists instructions...

She is open to most things as we have already tried out anal toys, vibrators and nipple clamps as punishment so far but would really love to come up with ideas for anything I could do for further punishments.

My Dom will give a punishment spanking or enema, the severity of which depends on the infraction. I've had to sit on sandpaper or uncooked rice after a spanking before. Sometimes when I forgot to remove my panties when I was supposed to, He's had me put them back on and then wedgies them because I hate wedgies. He also gives corner time, which I can't stand--making it especially effective.

He always respects my hard limits even in punishment, however. No humiliation, no gags (my gag reflex is too strong), for instance. I recommend that if you haven't already discussed those, that you do so even though you are looking for light options right now. Knowing the hard limits up front will help establish a strong foundation for both of you.

Whatever you two choose to do, and as far as you take it, is entirely up to you. But do one thing. Have a password that enough is enough. My husband and I have spanking sessions where he will turn me over and have at it and, yes, after all these years we still have a password that the game is over.

Play safe.

The most important thing you do is have a password, i agree with tillie, and discuss what you are going to do. as a dominant its your job to look after your sub besides punishing her. im sure she will appreciate the heads up and it will be much more enjoyable for both of you

What kinds of instructions is she resisting? I think it can be good if the punishment is oriented towards the "crime."

If her infractions involve her mouth, for example, you could put a clothespin on her tongue and send her to the corner for 5 minutes. I'd recommend stretching the metal part of the pin so that the clothespin isn't as tight as it otherwise would be.

The punishment could also take in to consideration what she likes, and you could deprive her of it, for short periods of time. It could be something physical or not and something sexual or not.

It sounds like you have good communication between you and your sub. With any changes or ramping up of new ways of relating to your sub, I recommend talking about it in advance when everyone is in a calm and neutral state.
