Doc or Patient?

Startet as a Patient, since a few years I prefer the doctor's role.

I definitely like being the patient. Laying there helplessly on the table while a doctor (in my case, preferably male), has his hands all over you is just great.

However I will say I'm definitely interested in trying out the doctor role in person sometime

I am a male and equally enjoy being in both roles...male doctor with female patient and vice versa.

I like being the patient because I like the sensations of being touched/auscultated/exposed with the female doctor at my side and wondering what she is thinking. Being told what to do at each stage of the medical exam is also arousing.

On the other hand, I also enjoy being the doctor because I find it exciting to auscultate her fast heartbeat and palpate during an abdominal exam. Most importantly, I want to create a space for my female patients to feel fully respected, safe in my presence, and feel comfortable talking to me about any personal matters.

Overall, making eye contact throughout the exam can be a major turn on for both parties in my opinion!

I only perform the doctor role. I like being in control of my patient and making him feel mild embarrassment. I also like that even when my patient protests certain parts of the exam that he often shows physical signs of arousal.

I want to be the patient mostly, love the idea of being completely controlled and embarrassed by another. However, I’d like to inspect others bodies so wouldn’t be opposed to being the doc

I like both I prefer to dom women and occasionally men, but I love submitting to women. Letting go and being completely under doctors care and control is so satisfying.

I actually like both rules. Most of the times I like a play wher both partners meet and they both feel unwell and have to check each other. As a man, I prefer a woman as partner.

I prefer the patient role for sure. Reason being that I’ve almost always been in that role and that I do like to submit to the doctor’s exam program she/he has foreseen for me. That obviously includes complete exams and also quite some embarassment. That last item can of course be brought into the picture by having witnesses (s.a. a nurse or assistant) present during the whole exam or part of the exam.

I like either, though I was a patient initially. It is fun learning and growing as the doctor. And as we all know, we need more fetish doctors, so good to be needed and wanted.

I have yet to have a play exam. (I don't even know how to find a "play doc" but could be interested in finding a local one) but I would definitely prefer to be a patient because once upon a lifetime ago, I used to do exams for a living, and that professional mask slips into place and I'd get no joy out of it.

My husband calls me (sometimes jokingly), especially among friends, “Doctor of Shameful Procedures.” And that says a lot.

Yes, I'm not a fan of medical fetishes, I don't like enemas, but I love my husband very much. I've only recently started putting myself out there into the medfet space and my immediate impression is that there must be a shortage of play doctors. I'm just beginning exploring topics with other cardiophiles and the moment someone sees a photo of me with any gear, they immediately assume I play the role of a doctor. For myself, I very much want to be a patient in a play situation, for satisfaction of my own desires, but also to learn as I go, because I do feel the urge to switch (a rarity for me in most other kinks) but this one is pulling me in both directions. So I'm sorta on the cusp of defining a new role: 1st year medfet student.

Interesting...although I didn't do any kind of count, my impression is there are many more patients than doctors here. I've never had any interest in being a patient, but IRL I am a physician, tho now retired. I like being in charge...no interest ever in being the recipient of care. The irony is, now in my 70s and retired, I spend a lot of time being the patient. Life is funny that way.

I prefer both the doctor or the patient. Both have interesting aspects to them. The doctor has the control and the associated dynamics. The doctor requires preparation and thought to do it well in an online exam. It helps if the patient also has some wants so that they can contribute and get the treatment they want.

I especially enjoy being the dominant Doctor. Being in control first of all......being the one who dictates all the action. I make sure my patients enjoy every bit of the process which I like to draw out slowly. It is important I understand her needs and her "head space"....what it is that arouses them. Keeping her in a high state of arousal is paramount.

I love putting them in various positions for rectal temperature taking, Enemas, spankings, anal and vaginal probing and stretching. OTK for sure. I occasionally use a leg spreader bar to keep her in a set position. It is a visual extravaganza for sure, especially when they climax.

I like either way. I like to be the patient cause I like to be subject to whatever my doctor decides and I like to be the doctor cause I like to be the one to order my patient to do stuff.

I love being the patient. I love the anticipation, especially with a new doctor, and the build up to where I know they will eventually be examining me naked. And then they will always know what I look like naked and things like how big my penis is and how low my scrotum hangs.

I definitely prefer to be the patient; being "dominated" by the play doc and "reliving" all of my childhood gp exams. I really love the embarrassment of the very prolonged genital and rectal exam; and having to answer all of the very probing intimate questions on my development and experiences.

When I was a "practice patient" for med students at uni, they instructed me on examining them as well, which I did enjoy. When I had a play doc, we did sometimes swap roles and i attempted to give him a half-decent exam. I also enjoyed this being the one "in control" and experiencing the exam from the other side.

Doctor, always doctor!

Been a Playdoc for many many years and performed hundreds of examinations but only played patient five times. Twice with female Docs and three times with a male Docs. I must say that i really enjoyed all of them.
