What are the best Tens units for say under $100?

You have lots of choices, check out reviews before parting with your money though. I have heard good things about this one:

For me, I found the loop at the tip connected to one pin of 1 channel, and a pad (like ones that come with the TENS above) placed below the balls on the perineum area for the second pin. I first set it to Modulation mode and adjust and get used to the sensations. I let it stimulate for a while and begin to work things up. When ready to get to business, change the settings to SD1. Sit back and let the sensations take affect. It took me about 10 minutes. The an e-stim wave of orgasm started and went on for minutes when finally an ejaculation happened. I have repeated this several times already. It's pretty good. I had the tens unit already but found it usable. I will look into others at some point including the ones recommended by Joanne! The Ultima 5 comes with the chokers and saves buying the loops I mentioned above.

I'll second the TENS 7000 recommendation. I've used a few different TENS units for e-stim, and this one is a lot of bang for the buck. With a short urethral electrode and an anal electrode, I get an HFO with it everytime. Have fun!

The Lloyds Pharmacy dual-channel TENS retails for £19.99 in the UK and is good value. Pretty powerful and some interesting programs, including three that change mode after a couple of minutes, to something that feels quite a lot more intense. When you're in the throes of a scene, selecting the program and waiting for the change can be pretty arousing!

Tens 7000 is excellent. Powerful. Inexpensive. Reliable HFO. Enjoy!

I second the TENS7000 as an excellent unit. After a year of use, my list of electrodes and wires has grown. I especially like the elastic bands with snap connectors. Also wired penis sounds are a great addition. I use hollow ones to collect my semen for swallowing after I cum. Also anal probes go along rather well with the bands. Using an adapter that will allowing hooking 2.5mm pins you can get four wired snap connectors to hook to one channel. Thus two elastic bands, one wired penis sound and one wired anal probe on one channel will cause one great ejaculation.

Has anyone had problems with the TENS7000 units breaking down? I've just noticed a number of reviews on Amazon saying the units were great, for first few months, then stopped working.

It's not a lot of money for these units, but just the same, I'd like something to last at least a year or longer.

I've had the same TENS 7000 unit for couple of years, and it works just as well as the day I got it. I have had to replace the cables/wires/leads however.

I have had a TENS 7000 unit for two years now and it has performed very well. I bought a 9volt power source for battery replacement. I made a small block of wood the same size as the 9v battery that I glued the 9 volt end to. I carved a notch in the battery cover for the wires to come out. Now I don't run out of juice in the middle of ejaculation. It has worked for over 2.5 years. Nice attachment. Humming along nonstop.😁

Aliexpress.com has a lot of TENS units for as little as $5. Only downside is it's over a month for them to get to the states because they are shipping from China. Sometimes stuff doesn't show up, but the dispute process has been solid when that happens. Shipping has always been discreet to date.

It's got a bunch of different sensations and you can switch it to change up the rhythm. Runs on 2 AA batteries.

I originally got it for occasional back muscle relief and quickly wondered what it felt like when used in ways other than intended (but now I'm thinking it was intended for such use)!

I did get a butt plug to try, but never got anything out of it, however, putting a rubber strap on my penis and then using a rubber strap folded in half and inserted in my ass with the ends sticking out of me results in some out of the world sensations.

Thus, $100….more like $15 can get you set up to start some experimentation. I'm sure the more pricey units probably have more features, but this is a great way to get an introduction at a bargain price. I know it got me hooked.

Couple of references to the TENS 7000 below. I've had one for probably 5 years; it's still up and running (and so am I!!) Lots of “accessories” available for it and the ones that I have purchased over the years have also held up well (the're basically nothing but silicone with a lead wire and plug [or plugs, as the case may be].) Runs off a 9 volt battery and unless you use it every day (I don't) they last a good while…and they're easy to replace. If you're a little “handy” (no pun intended) it's also easy to craft your own adaptations. Amazon has it (Mods…can I say that?)

Lots of units showing up on Amazon and ebay,,,at VERY reasonable prices WITH attachments. I recently took a flyer and purchased 2 (different accessories) and was really quite pleased with the products AND the results!!! Both were under $20 and shipped from the US (California)…both arrived in less than a week. AND both worked!

The first one had a “glans cap” that I used with an anal plug for some interesting results. The “cap” was a little snug (I'm average probably) but if you “stuffed” yourself in while flacid things eventually worked…and a very erotic feeling.

The second one came with a butt plug, 2 cock rings/bands, and a urethral sound. I'll chime in by adding that I've had the TENS 7000 since early 2018, so almost 6 years now, and it's been perfect. It takes some time to figure out the best settings for each patient (pleasure vs orgasm-induction vs pain/punishment), as everyone is unique; but I've used it enough to where I have an excellent starting point for each use case. As a regular consumer product, not particularly aimed at sexual use, it does a great job -- especially for the price.
