This discussion is for both woman and men. "What's your favorite lingerie store and why?"

I used to enjoy shopping at Victoria Secret, but even though I like woman of all ages on Zity, I don't like the younger sales associates at Victoria Secret. Some don't have a nice personality. The supervisors are sometimes older and more mature and nicer to deal with. The prices are outlandish! There was one young sales associate by the name of Victoria (believe it or not) that was nice. Nice ones are few and far between.

I like to shop at a mastectomy bra store now days because their bras are pretty, are of high quality, cheaper in cost than Victoria Secret and they have a sales lady/owner/fitter there that is my age (late 50's) that has patience and takes their time because they have fewer customers coming through the door and they really care about their customers.

As a plus-size woman, I've never been able to get sufficient support at Victoria's Secret, even when I can get a decent fit. (And the young clerks tend to sneer at women who are either a generation older or three sizes larger. Train your sales staff better, managers.) I shopped at an upscale lingerie boutique where I used to live, got a great young sales clerk, and found out that several companies make lovely lingerie for bodies like mine, and it's supportive, too.

Where I live now (much smaller city), there isn't a lingerie store, but I can order those brands online from HerRoom.com or BareNecessities.com. I can find black, beige, and lots of colors and prints. My favorite brands are Elomi, Fantasie, Freya, and Goddess. I buy pretty panties to match, and have some "naughty" lingerie on my wish list as well.

To be very honest Kohls. We will go there ever so often where he likes to roam thru the lingerie section, yes I stay close to him for reasons one must understand. He is a bra man and though I sometimes do not the bra justice he picks out, they are usually not all that comfortable and for entertainment purposes only. And the same goes with undies.

He buys them, I wear them, just glad I have somebody who appreciates me.

My college study buddy, a lovely blonde, very pretty and very down to earth answered my question about what lingerie to buy my for my girlfriend. She simply said, “ take it off the rack, hold it up.. look at it well.. then throw it on the floor. If it looks good there, buy it!”
