Unintentionally urinate due to pain

I used to work hospital in decade ago , I think I started to love medfet at that time. I had a friend . He is a doctor.some time he told me about his experiences with patients. once he told me girl having steroid injections in her perineum area to reduce the swelling . When he inserted the needle girl screamed and urinated on the table due to pain. even though this is shy experience for someone , I would like to ask same experiences.

Having my prostate rubbed during a digital rectal exam has always brought on a sudden and strong urge to urinate. The first time it happened, I was having my first rectal exam as a teenager. It was that one spot - the prostate - that when met with the pressure of the doctor's finger, the feeling was so strong and so scary that I thought I was going to lose control of my bladder, which would have been totally humiliating. I've often felt like I had to pee during times of nervousness in a medical setting but nothing like during a DRE and prostate exam.
