Feeling the need to pee with XXL buttplug play, after GRS/SRS

Hi, I am posting this question here in this forum section. Not completely sure if this is the section to ask in.

Anyway, I am a transwoman and little over one year post-op now. (vaginoplasty) I am back at my regulair schedule of playing with XXL size butt plugs and dildos, in circumference of 10 inch. I noticed that almost every time I play with the bigger sizes, 8 to 10 inch dildos, I get this feeling of needing to pee, although I can't until I remove the dildo, at which time the feeling of needing to pee is sometimes gone.

This feeling I didn't have when I was still pre-op. Will this be because of the way anything is inside now, like bladder location to urine opening distance and angle and distance from rectum?

Also I noticed I can not pee (in a cup) with the dildo (10 inch circumference) inside me. Once removed I can pee, which makes me think that using XXL toys is perhaps pressing against the urine "thingie" that goes from bladder to vulva?

I'm not sure if I want to ask my doctor, since this is a little to personal to share with her. Nothing hurts, but I just get interrupted in playing and don't want to pee my bed. 😃

PS I do a cleaning enema before play as well as pee a few times before starting to play, to be as empty and clean as I can be.

Your large plugs in the rectum are pressing on and constricting the urethra as it passes through the prostate gland.

My husband can't urinate either when he has a large Klystra balloon inflated either for that reason. I never tried, so I can't say if I would experience the exact same thing, but your situation is probably more like my husband's.

The construction of the urethra in the female might not be as noticeable because there are more structures between the rectum and urethra..

I also ned to pee when plugged and so do my gf when she is plugged, we do smaller plugs than You and I guess that it is the plug pressing against the wall of the bladder causing the feeling of needing to take a leak, we mostly use a diaper so we just pee when needed
