I clean my bowels with a shallow shower rinse twice a day - in the morning and around 4PM. Wait a few minutes, then plug up and go on with my day.

As an avid plug lover I also went 24/7 plugged for various periods of time (from a week to up to 2 months) but in the end I always get "over saturated" and take a break for a few days. I found out that plugging over the day but not sleeping plugged I do not get "over saturated" and can do a daily routine of wearing my medium Core in the morning for work and large Core in the afternoon - evening at home. Of course I mix up with other plugs, but I find that medium Core is perfect for not being too obtrusive to distract from work while it also provides all the right sensations and is great for doing kegels. Large Core or DJ Super Big End prepare me better for bigger toys to play with in the evening. While I was plugging 24/7 I always wore medium glass plugs overnight. I still do sleep plugged sometimes (the medium DJ Big End is also fabulous for that), just not going for the 24/7 mark necessarily, I enjoy it more this way.

I LOVE the buttplug lifestyle!!!

Cut to early 2017 when I found the Pink Mood Naughty 1 Extra-Large. This is a perfect size for a 24/7/365 wearable plug! (insertable length: 5.5", width: 1.5", circumference: 5"). Nice and big enough to feel really wonderfully full but not so big that it can't move as you move and give you all the wonderful sensations you would hope to get from wearing a plug. (I am in a power wheelchair and this plug is extremely comfortable to wear and sit on and driving is such a wonderful pleasure as I feel all the wonderful sensations as the plug massages all the different parts of my anus and rectum). The classic tapered design also means that you can wear it 24/7/365 without worrying about cumming constantly (embarrassing out and about) (as you might with the constant real prostate stimulation of the Mood Naughty 2 or other similar plugs) as you go about your day, just a very pleasurable, low key massage of the prostate. I have been wearing it constantly 24/7/365 (except, of course, for bm's) since I got it and am extremely happy with it, and plan on wearing it as close to 24/7/365 as possible. The bases of these plugs are very sturdy and substantial enough to NEVER be in danger of slipping inside your anus, while having been designed and contoured to fit the contours of the bottom in an extremely comfortable taper front to back, as your bottom crack naturally narrows front to back. Perfectly designed to fit perfectly. The front of the base does sit on the perineum, (the area between the anus and scrotum/vagina), and might be sensitive and uncomfortable at first, until the skin toughens up, but after that it is smooth sailing as ALL aspects of this wonderful plug are exceedingly comfortable in EVERY way. There is a slight, lingering odor, but, as I see it, the plug is inside me 99.999 percent of the time anyway, so the slight, lingering odor is really and basically a complete non issue.

I am plugged (except for bm's) 24/7/365 with my extra large pink mood naughty 1 plug. I LOVE everything about being plugged. I'm plugged at work right now and LOVE it. I love being plugged at work, I love being plugged out in public. I just LOVE being plugged!!! ANYWHERE AND EVERYWHERE!!! PERIOD!!! The question should be: When am I NOT plugged. The answer is NEVER!!! I am ALWAYS plugged and ABSOLUTELY LOVE my buttplug buried deep inside my anus and buried deep up inside my rectum!!! As I write this I am sitting very happily completely naked (I am an extremely hardcore, militant QUEER NUDIST) and completely and very happily wearing my Pink Mood Naughty 1 Extra-Large buttplug; my bottom cheeks spread wide so the plug will be buried as deep inside my anus and as deep up inside my rectum as possible. I also bought a second Pink Mood Naughty 1 Extra-Large buttplug to use as erotic art. I just love that it comes in sexy hot pink!!!

This plug is good for me, but not all plugs are good for everyone. Experiment and find the one that works the best for you.
