Can’t Achieve Multiple Orgasms

It seems as if the only way I can climax is by crossing my legs and rubbing them together back and forth. I have tried sitting on a vibrator or sticking my vibrator inside and doing it that way but non are as powerful it seems. I have only been able to do it this way my whole life. Hopefully I judt need to explore.

I have never felt like I have had a mind blowing orgasm. Maybe I have but probably not. All my orgasms last about 3” seconds and then I don’t seem to have the energy to go again. Are there other women like this?

Hello Kittykat, years ago when my wife was alive she used to like to get on the top and she used to get almost breathless saying that she "could ride me like a horse". She could CUM many times and after she had cum 6 or 7 times I had to stop her as I thought that she would have a heart attack. Memories 😃

questions to help us help you:

How old are you?

Do you masturbate regularly to orgasm?

Are your orgasms short when you masturbate or only when your partner masturbates you?

Have you experimented with stimulating different parts of your vulva when you masturbate?

Two thirds of women do NOT have orgasms during sexual intercourse without additional clitoral stimulation.

Many to most women cannot have multiple orgasms. They have one big one and then they are done for a short time after which they can go again. To a degree, you have to teach yourself how to have a multiple orgasm and you do that by experimenting on yourself and it's best doing it ALONE.

OMG, you don't have multiple orgasems for hours on end? You are obviously defective and should become a nun. Or perhaps not. You could also just need some more time to relax and get into the vibe. I agree with much of what Susie has said but I would not worry about it. The last things I would wanna do is make sex seem like work or have some kind of a bar or a goal. As long as you are having a good time, keep having a good time. At some point in time the right amalgamation of things will cross at the same time and it will be a very pleasant surprise.

Unike a potato, an orgasm is not an easily identifed object.

For those few that enjoy mindblowng orgasms - they can be breathtaking [literally], and a paralyzing experience [that DOES really happen to some] .

For others, you might have two or thre climatic throbs, afterwhich you can call it a day (or night).

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. There are a lot of factors. Mind body connection is one, and "who" you're with - even if it's yourself can make a huge difference.

Practice does help. Working with someone who specifically focusses on improving your orgasms, does help.
