This is not a fantasy, it happened to me. I was referred to a neurourologist, I didn't even know the specialty existed and I have been in medicine for many years. In my fantasy the sample would not be taken by myself, but either by the doctor herself or I would be submitted in another, specialised room for that purpose and an older (about 40 or so) nurse would take the sample, with me sitting on a bench (akin to a dentist chair)...

Doing this, observed by the doctor, is a huge fantasy/turn on, and having her then show the semen to the receptionist or others would be even more so.

Medical knowledge needs to be built on close observation and attention to detail.
