I don't recall teasing per se.

However I recall a doctor prescribing suppositories, I made a face, saying I did not like suppositories, and both the doctor and my mother smiling benignly with that air that adults have when they hear children saying nonsense.

Also, mom could well say, in front of family "please come to the WC room, I'll unclog you".
