Ok, last week I'd searched file from top of site in Poland where one of psychology done exam about this issure. Her results are terrible- every women at Poland had been molested. Don't you even realize how improbable that sounds? Believing this is on a level with QAnon.

Being touched in certain parts is inappropriate, it may even be considered groping but to call it molesting is certainly mainly hype. And so are some of the penalties called for it. Years in jail? Seriously? Vehicular homicide gets you a better deal.

Hmmm ... and another conclusion would be that since sexual harassment is so frequent if not universal in Poland, then Poles moving about in the EU (and yes, there are a whole lot of them in other EU countries) will also be prone to show the same behavior in their new country of residence?

Are there any statistics on this? To what degree Poles molest/harass women in foreign countries? Somehow I seriously doubt so, otherwise newspapers would have been up in arms about this long ago. Just too good to pass up as headlines go. Not to mention politicians jumping on the bandwagon.

Seriously, the study seems ambiguously worded and far too broadly defined. All they will find as results, will be their pre-ordained conceptions.

Well..lot of polish peoples was going aboad to work to UK and Deuschland. In the other hand, I think that's facts are haven't coverage in statistic. Maybe that they know about UK strict policy about abouse and they mainly going to work for few months. As you can see, also they abouse are direct to women for in situation like sex for promotion. But if sb want to work in UK they choosen basic job

I didn´t want to make a bad joke, but I think nowadays there are an huge lot of definitions and understanding of e.g. "molesting". That was the reason for my words.

If really 100% of the female in Poland have been molested it would be the pure horror. But in Your later comment You wrote "...with the awareness that we used a very broad definition...". and later: "...polish peoples was going aboad to work to UK and Deuschland..."

Thats the point: The misunderstanding may be the reason, that a lot of people come into situations, they feel beeing molested.

Think on the different behaviour in allday-situations. E.g. greeting: In France or Japan its unpolite (or very unpolite) to give the hand to a person, in Austria its unpolite not to give the hand for a welcome. Or at the sauna: in Finnland ist unusual if You go in without taking off all clothes (the others thnk You are a voyeur), in Italy its contrary: if you go in complete naked, the others think You are an exhibitionist.

In a broad understanding of the word "molestion" the one part feel to be molested, the other feel "what a courious society and all are in this ore similar situations have been molested.

I know that there are a lot of rapecrimes (in a narrow definition) all over the world, especially (but not only) in worse social situations.

Ok. I found and red this polls. I'd like to talk that valid are context this exams. That polls was done after public message one chief in popular and international electric company to second chief about that he is searching 'personal assistant' with add note that 'she should good suck'. Also these massages was sending for themselfs into public group in LinkedIn. I think that polls has got few dangerous mistakes:

1. It was first time when they done this type of exam (about sexual context in public area).

2. Seem that they too universal meaning word 'molestation'

3. I'm searching this 3 article UE law and it could be nearby everything, eg. jokes about sex, which description women as stupid light-haired
