Gas Masks

Curious to see do any others here share my love for gas masks here.

I've been collecting different models of gas masks over the last few years, and have about 20 in my collection. I enjoy wearing gas masks for kinky roleplay and fun, but also just to relax in and breathe in the lovely aroma. I love the sound of my own breathing, and the tightness of rubber all around my face. Yummy!

I have a couple one Israeli the other is a British S10, they are great fun for roleplay. I especially like the ones with smoked lenses. So hot!

That's actually not a gas mask, per se. That's an anesthesia mask. Are you DMing people these fantasies without them soliciting it? If so, that is a problem, and would get you blocked/reported usually.

As for gas masks, I am not into full gas masks or full-face cartridge respirators, but I love seeing a girl with a half-mask cartridge respirator. Stanford University medical center actually uses them on its transplant patients for the first phase of their recovery.

I love gas masks and heavy respirators. We do not have one now, but I am hoping to get my wife into them in the future. I did have an extra one when I was in the service. I did not get my wife to use it, but I did remember having fun alone. I would love to wear that and put on some white latex exam gloves, then pleasure myself.

I like my 3M 6000 medium size half respirator mask. The cushion is pretty soft and comfortable.

I've had most of them both for the confinement as well as the strong rubber odor on every breath. Most of mine are full face coverage with rubber straps holding it on. At least one i have I think Italian grey rubber is one without straps held on by its rubber elasticity but not going all the way down your neck. Great feelings and rubber smell.

Since I love latex hoods what I've always wanted is what I call a rubber hood gas mask, essentially a regular mask built into the front of a full latex hood that zips down the back all the way to the bottom of my neck like my latex hoods. It just always looks more confining, submissive and erotic to cover your entire head and neck with a very snug rubber hood with mask in front. Id buy it and put it on in a minute if I saw one and had the cash.

Full face style looks like a military part. A hood with a black anesthesia mask could be one of the exceptions.

Masks can be fun. I like the rubbery scent of a mask, or the scent of something else if it’s added into the mask. I also like the confinement a mask provides, and the way the lens tends to fog up with deep, heavy breathing. I’ve used masks, on myself and others, to include anesthesia masks, oxygen masks, and some emergency services masks (SCBA, gas, etc.).

I have some of the Israeli M4 masks from the first Gulf War as well as several different "Black Beauty" anesthesia masks which I enjoy. I do tend to prefer that Black Beauties to the full coverage gas masks.

I use a 3M 6000 gas mask for work. The cushion is not as soft as black anesthesia masks, but I can still fit the 3M for half an hour with no issue.

I was in the military for 23 years and wore my respirator on many occasions. I use to look forward to the NBC stage of military exercises as we would dress up in NBC kit and wear our respirators for long periods. I love the small of rubber close to my face. I have not worn one since I left the military though I still like the smell of rubber.

Silicone oil scuba gear products are good and safe for rubber. Google search shows a myriad of silicone based products for rubber gear.

Looking through fetish photos on zity.biz, I sometimes come across photos where Soviet army gas masks are used, dirty gray, tightly fitting the face and head, with two large round "portholes" for the eyes. I got acquainted with them back in school, where we were taught what to do in case of a gas attack, and we put on these gas masks, trying to fulfill the time standard. Having used them in the military and in civilian life, actually fitting them to female workers and testing them for leaks. I have to say they hold no erotic interest for me. Something to keep in mind about old gas masks is scrapping the filter. Unless the filter is relatively new, filters prior to a ban starting in 1993 contained asbestos. I had purchased a lot of unused Belgian surplus filters that turned out to have been made in the 1980's. Wound up tossing them out due that issue. There is a lot of information available online if you search for "asbestos gas mask filters". New safe filters with the 40mm NATO thread are available.

Any potential kinky interest in gas masks quickly faded after donning one and running a timed 1.5 mile run for the privilege of keeping the mask and doing it all over again every 6 months for 30 years. Lots of sweat, tears, blood, and worse inside that mask.

Hi all! I have one …I found it cleaning out a basement that was British military. I t still had the seals on the filter canister it is green rubber with many straps to make it tight the canister mounts to the side like at my left cheek and the air exhausts out a check valve on my right cheek I don’t use the filter but I like putting a piece of tape partially over the opening to make breathing a little difficult and I love the tightness when all the straps are pulled and I love the smell of the rubber …sometimes ill put it on while taking a large enema and edge myself for a while enjoying the sensations. I have had different gas masks over the years. The first one that o remember enjoying was a M-40 from the service.
