Penile ultrasound

Has anyone ever had an ultrasound on their penis done? I have read here about ultrasounds done on th scrotum/testes so I am curious if others have had this performed as well.

Definitely a fantasy where the doctor does an ultrasound on my penis, which over time makes me erect. The doctor then stimulates me to orgasm and through the ultrasound watches the ejaculation through the urethra.

I can't be sure this really would work the way I think it would in real life, but it's a fun fantasy.
