If you could wear diapers 24/7 would you?

Yes in a heart-beat as I never fully grew up due to verious factors that where beyond my control.

The answer to that is yes. I already wear 24/7 most days. The only time I don't wear 24 /7 is when it would be inappropriate to do so

I've been wearing diapers 24/7 for over ten years now because of my incontinence. I do consider myself as a DL because I'm comfortable and enjoy wearing them. On a rare occasion I have a DIAPER FUN DAY which is basically wearing AB printed diapers. My answer is because I'm a DL.

Similar to you @Indiana as that I have an “infantist day” and put on some infant theme nappies, ruffled plastic panties and I put on my unicorn onsie. My hubby chuckles and my kids then roll their eyes and say “mummy's being a baby today”.

Hubby likes the evening then as I play with many toys during the day.

YES i do 24/7 and i wet them too but not # 2 in them

If I could by choice and it didn't interfere with my normal everyday i wouldn't mind an occasional stint of 24-7 but with work and being active im happy to be able to wear at home and at night only.

I feel for my friends who have to wear 24/7 because of a medical condition. I have contemplated wearing 24/7. It can be a chore wearing 24/7. Do you poop in them too if you are 24/7? I mean, I don't have a medical condition that requires me to wear 24/7, so I get a choice. I don't have a wife or GF to help with this, so that plays a factor. Right now I wear when I want and how long I want.

Been 24/7 for over 12 years. Started as OAB, and then moved into urge incontinence. I developed IBS-D in 2019. Which has led to little if any bowel control.

I do wear diapers 24/7 and it doesn't bother me. I've been wearing them for so long that I've kind of grown to like it. To answer your question, 'If you could wear diapers 24/7 would you?'—well, the meds didn’t work for me, so my only option was to resign myself to wearing diapers 24/7 until I learned to enjoy the experience. So, no, I wouldn’t change a thing about being incontinent and wearing diapers 24/7.
