What kind nozzle do you prefer - a large one with a bulge on the end or a small one

I have a good collection of different shaped enema nozzles but I always go back to the douche nozzle, it has been my favorite for the last 50 plus years. Just the sight of a douche nozzle attached to a full enema bag gets my heart racing.
