What medicine should the patient drink?

I don’t see this brought up too often with MedFet. But I get turned on by the idea that after the exam/procedure the doctor informes the patient they they needs to take their medicine and hands them a small glass for them to drink.

Do other doctors do this while role playing? What do you require the patients to drink as their medicine? Has is ever been, instead of requesting by the doctor it’s forced, with funnels or ring gags?

For me I thinks it hot if during the exam I am milked into a glass then at the end the doctor hands me the glass with my cum load in it and informes me that I need to drink my medicine, and doesn’t let me leave, or get off the exam table, until I drink it.
