I got my first e-stim experience a few weeks ago in Dallas when a play doc placed pads in various locations (scrotum, perineum, etc.) as well as a loop around my scrotum. It was amazing. I could have laid there all night. And I have no doubt the elusive HFO wouldn't have been far behind.

Need to get one of these systems for myself now.
