Making Loops

I'm new to estim and have been using pads and want to make a couple of my own loops. I noticed that there's two types of clamps, one hole and two hole. Does it make any difference which one I use as far as what I'll feel. Don't want any gaps or hot spots.

I'm thinking a loop behind the head and another around my cock and balls.
