On average, how many pisses can you take in one diaper

Like, before it leaks or falls apart or whatever.

I'm imagining the folks who wear adult diapers to things like Times Square on new years Eve, or to concerts, long drives, or other events where wearing a diaper is the best way to go.

If you are wearing a good diaper like northshore supreme plastic backed you can wet more times than if in cheap store bought diaper. I can usually have 3 good wettings.

If we are going to be out for a long period of time I usually have a booster pad put into the abena M4 that I wear. I'm able to have multiple wettings while out. By the time we get home my diaper is pretty soaked.

I wear a double boosted Northshore supreme when I travel it's usually good for 12 hours as there are no bathrooms available for changing , I wear Kins rubber bloomers over them ,followed by a onesie .I am very wet when I get home ,I have both IC and retention and catheterize myself 5 X's a day normally in order to fully empty my bladder, so I leak less,my urologist would like me to get my bladder down to 50 or so ,so my floods will be a lot smaller.

Well, it is really dependant on wich diaper I wear. A bulky one, with bigger capacaty, can take more wettings. If you double up with boosters even more, but there is the chance of people noticing quicker. So if I take a diaper like Tena Slip Maxi for a long car ride it can take 4 medium wettings. If I take a Betterdry M10 for a cartrip to a vacation destination it can take up to 10 or 12 wettings (approx. 5 liters) but it will show you are wearing by that time. Other things like citytrips I just wear a Tykables Overnight or an ABU Barebums, wich are perfect for these occasions in my opinion.

I usually wee about 8 times before nappy starts to leak and if on bladder meds that will reduce to 5 times before nappy starts to leak but wearing stretch pants over the top and a PUL plastic pant over that gives me good warning of when nappy has had enough wettings and it is time to change.

I'm honestly not sure because by the time I got to wearing diapers I could pee in more than once or twice, I wasn't entirely in control of my peeing.

I don't really know to be honest. When I'm diapered I let out a little gush and then wait for it to absorb before doing it again. Letting out a full pee is definitely fun but it doesn't take long before it's over. Little gushes kind of prolongs the experience for me and the diaper seems to be able to hold way more then it should too. The droopier i can make my diaper the more fun it is to have on!

I'm new enough to diapers I can't answer the question yet. However, if the Tranquility Overnights I wear 24/7 can absorb 80% of their advertised 34 oz. then they will absorb 27 oz. Other than my morning pee which is usually in the 16 oz. range, I suspect I could get 2 good daytime pees in one, At this time because pee and diapers are a kink for me, I will be trying to pee just a small amount at a time so I use only 1 diaper each day.

Now on new meds for bladder and can only go three times before disposable leaks.

Or once only if I flood ?

Even a Tena maxi has difficulty coping with that ?

Probably two or three full on wettings.

A huge number in a Tena Slip Ultima - I loose count.

But rbw1 do you have a small or large bladder capacity ??

I doubt they are full bladder emptyings but they last me a full ten hours

R

None the less still impressive capacity, I must get a sample or two.

Thanks for the info.?

I usually wear Attends Extended wear, good for at least 2 wees before saturated and leaking at the legs. Tena ultra are about the same, but get 3 wets overnight. I haven't tried any with the 3 + liter capacity (too expensive). Most of the retail brands barely hold one overflow type wet.
