I'm stumped. Short of a skeleton anomaly, most mens structure should take double that. Women's more. I've manually rooted around in a few male rectums, and could not feel their pelvic bones.

I just recently was able to get a 3" diameter dildo inside of me. It took quite a while of working at it, months and months before achieving this. I just purchased a 3.45" dildo that will help me to get a larger dildo in or realize I have hit my limit. I do not much worry about how long it may or may not take but just enjoy the journey of working up to the next size. More than likely I have gotten the biggest diameter sized dildo in now but time will tell.I too feel my anatomy might be limiting anything larger to be inserted.

Trust me. When you become comfortable with the biggest you've got, you will start thinking about going bigger. Bigger is always better.

I'm at 2-2.25" diameter now and though I have some larger plugs, up to maybe 2.75-3", I'm beginning to suspect I'm very close to the limit of my anal anatomy and physiology in terms of further stretching. If you feel like you're hitting a brick wall, you probably are.

It's called the sacrum and coccyx.

The colon takes a sharp curve there.

Your toy isn't flexible enough at that diameter to make the curve or you aren't orienting it properly to make the curve. If you are hitting a brick wall, orient the tip anteriorly.

Just remember a rigid 30 cm sigmoidoscope can do it.

First get really cleaned out. mutable enemas then more lube maybe a small mineral enema. maybe this will help. P.S. that is what I do.

Mineral oil is a low viscosity vaseline more like a low viscosity paraffin.

I started around 1" and it felt big. And gradually went up. I do various things to relax the sphincter muscles and love the feel of a large butt plug or dildo finally slipping in past its thickest point. If you swallow mineral oil it will act as a laxative because it lubricates the intestinal tract, but it IS NOT a good lubricant for butt fucking because it lacks lubricity on the skin. A hygroscopic polymer makes for a much better slippery lubricant for jerking off or fucking.

I forgot you asked about "cleaning". I have a 2qt enema bag from Walgreens, or any other pharmacy. I use plain water and on average I am clear and clean after 3 flushes of 2qt each. One time I added one 2qt on top of what I still had inside, so anywhere from 3 to 4qt. plain water. 3 to 4.5 is absolutely huge increase. 3 to 3.5 took me about 10 years, but I spose I wasnt in a rush. Another .25 to 3.75 took me another 5. And another 2-3 to get to 4". Again I wasnt rushing that much. Could probably be done from 3 to 4.5 in a year but I would say not much less. The muscle needs time to stretch and grow and it doesnt do that very fast.

I finally was able to get a 4.3" wide dildo inserted twice over a 2 day period. Like others here have commented, moving up in 1/4" increments is a must when moving to 3" and larger. The only reason I was able to get my DJ Ass Master inserted fully was because I removed the outer covering which not only made it a bit smaller in circumference, but also left a more pliable material that can adjust to the contours of your ass as it is inserted. I have found through trial and error that I am limited when trying to insert a PVC coated dildo because it does not give much. I love the Squarepeg Toys because they can adjust as they are inserted. I went from a 3.89" toy to the 4.3" and that was a BIG jump.
