Urethral Dilation Problems

Has anyone dilated the urethra, cut the meatus, or otherwise modified the tip of the penis and then had trouble urinating? That is, instead of a normal flat spray and stream, getting a distorted stream or spray. Or maybe you've dilated to 30 FR and above, and have had no trouble. Another thread there were conjectures by Susie, but maybe a male who's been there can share experience.

I've been to FR 28 without trouble.

As a female and an experienced nurse, i would suggest you stick with the foley and do no cutting. this can cause massive infection lesding to sepsis

Think like toshe63, stay with the foley and enjoy with them, I have never liked the alterations of the body.

I enjoy playing with sounds and never have had any problems. One must be fanatically clean with this kind of play. I never share my sounds so my concerns are to kill off airborne bacteria both on the sound and myself. I just use a sterile providione (sp) wipe on both the surgical steel sound and my penis, followed by a sterile alcohol wipe. I inject sterile lube in my urethra and coat the sound tip with it, applied via a sterile syringe. Lastly I use sterile nitrile exam gloves and lay down a sterile paper field. So far this has worked out ok for me. Once the sterile package is open, it is no longer sterile.

All that said, the sensation is amazing! If I am retaining a high colonic even more so.
