Enema Retention Nozzles

What are your experiences, men and women, of retention nozzles? I had a double balloon in latex that I purchased in the mid '80's which I enjoyed for twenty years. The silicone retention ones seem to be unreliable. So a delrin fluted style worked well and then I found some great ones from Siliconenozzeles.com. I really like my KGL-3 and just purchased the SPD2.5 and I'm waiting for it to arrive. My 1st purchase was the MiniMax Expanded Ball XL with a six inch circumference no matter how much I try it's beyond my abilities. I've been enjoy enemas since my late teens and would really like some feedback from other practitioners.

We have the good, old fashioned double balloon which I bought from Tyler Labs more than 20 years ago. Expensive, but worth every dime. Relieving the recipient of control over how much he or she will take and how long he or she will retain it is the best thing one can do with respect to enemas. Worth every last dime!

Actually, the SN MiniMax has a 3-inch diameter with a considerably larger, at least a nine to ten-inch circumference and boy that's quite a challenge even for me. At this point, I've been enjoying enema play since around my junior year in high school. I would love to hear some gal's and guy's success stories as to how they were able to stretch enough to make this possible. Practice- practice - practice?

The Silicone single and double balloon nozzles are ridged until they are completely inflated. Since I haven't figured out to blow them up inside my rectum completely inflated, both leak when the enema is flowing into me. Does anyone have a suggestion?

You MUST completely inflate the balloons on the silicone Klystra nozzle so the flutes are fully filled out or else it will leak.

PERIOD.

They really are good nozzles. A mistake many people made was to get the 750 instead of the 500. You know, the old bigger is better consideration. The anus to tip insertion distance on the 750 is about 6 1/2 inches while the 500 is only about 4 1/2 inches which makes it much easier to inflate for many people despite the fact that the inflated diameters of the two balloons is almost the same. The 500 is more spherical while the 750 is football shaped.

My new SN came today so Saturday morning fun is happening???

I'll echo @SwitchableSusie 's comments about the size being important. I bought a clean stream 750 size nozzle and I just could. It get it to work. It was so large it was uncomfortable (and I'm someone who usually enjoys uncomfortable in my kinky world) and I could not get it to sit right inside me.

I now use the German made latex double nozzles you can find on eBay (it has two separate inflation bulbs). These are smaller sized but perfect for retention. They have held in all sorts of challenging solutions, including M&M until I wimped out.

In the case of double balloon nozzles, bigger isn't always better.

I currently have an enema partner and she has a hard time with retention. Buttplugs pop out, enema nozzles slip out, even double balloon nozzles do not seal her up. The bulbs on the silicon nozzles seem to be positioned too far apart.

It has digressed to where the only safe place is to administer outdoors. I would appreciate some help on what other type of nozzle might work. She cant be the only mature woman with this issue.

She is very agreeable to taking large volume enemas, but she has trouble holding it in even long enough to take the entire bag.

Having tried many forms and sizes of double balloon nozzles (latex and 2 sizes of silicone), as well as many forms of retention nozzles - including www.siloconenozzles.com products with 2.5" retention balls, there is only one 100% leak proof nozzle for me (YMMV).

That's the siliconenozzles current single balloon nozzle. Insertion is deeper than most, which some uninitiated users have to adjust to. Once inserted, inflation of 6 - 10 pumps produces a total and complete seal with zero chance of the blow-out that can happen, even with aggressively inflated DBCs.

If you get one and that leaks, she may have some other plumbing problem, unless you're too cautious about inflation.

I have to agree with bburl on this situation. I have the SiliconeNozzles single balloon nozzle and I find 6 to 10 pumps of the balloon will seal me completely. He is also correct stating this nozzle does go deeper than most and you may have to play around somewhat to get water flowing once seated as the only hole is centered in the tip.

It does feel great going in!!!

There are several things you can try:

Be sparing with the lube. Use just enough to ease insertion. Use a water based lube, like K-Y, and even thin it a bit with water.

Don't really super inflate the balloon. Often a golf ball sized balloon stays in better than one the size of a tennis ball, because the bigger size wants to come out even without water pushing it.

Also, filling the balloon with warm water, rather than air, can help. Balloon catheters with 30ml balloons are easily and cheaply available on line. I suggest there rather than a nozzle from a toy vendor, because they have a Luer Loc valve, so the balloon stays filled even after the filling syringe is removed.

BTW, the Coloclean system uses a water filled balloon (max capacity 45ml) and stays very well in place even after the person is full of 3 liters of water.

Finally, not being able to retain the nozzle may be a sign of excessive p;lay. Huge nozzles, plugs, dilators, toys, etc are sold. They are designed to open someone up. But if used to aggressively they can and will cause damage. When you play remember that the consequences could be dirty or wet panties for the rest of your life. Excessive catheter size can cause the same problems.

While there are biofeedback/estim devices to retrain overly streached openings, th results are by no means certain.

IMO, it's far better not to cause the problem than try and fix it. This is especially for Doms or Dommes who like to shove bigger and bigger things into people.

Apart from using large nozzles or balloon nozzles to hold back the enema, you may want to try doing things that allow the enema to flow up into her colon so you can utilize the space in the colon to help retain the enema with it coming back out.

You may have tried all these things but if not, you might want to give some a try.

Elevating her hips (ass up / head down) is a good position to use or any position raises the anus up higher than the colon. This helps the enema flow up into the colon and not pool in the rectum.

One suggestion is to do a series of enemas that clear the colon and make more room for the enemas that follow. I have always been able to hold more volume on a third enema in a series after my colon was cleared from the first two I gave myself.

Another suggestion is to try using enema recipes that are more on the soothing side vs. soap suds enemas, which create an urge to expel the enema. I have found saline enemas or baking soda enemas to be very soothing and easy to hold vs. when I use a Bronner's castile soap recipe.

Lastly if there is a fear of leaking lots of the enema and making a mess, you can give the enemas in a bathtub preferably one with a hand held shower head. If there is any leakage you can easily wash it down the drain enabling you to relax and concentrate on holding the enema.

One of my favorite things to do is to suspend my husband by his ankles and give him an enema. (We have blocks and tackles so the weight is easy for me to manage. He has done that to me also.) Be sure you are in good cardiovascular health for this one. DO NOT do this if you have an aneurysm or are susceptible to strokes. One of the really good things this position does is get the solution fully around the colon because you are totally upside down. The position is also wonderful incentive to not leak because with your ass high up, any leakage will go down your back and run down your head (YUCK) so a strong anal sphincter is a good attribute.

Try inserting the balloon nozzle, either single or double balloon, then wrapping a wide, flexible bandage wrap around her stomach and butt to squeeze her cheeks together. 5-6 times around will do it, then inflate the balloon(s) and administer the enema. almost impossible to expel a balloon with the wrap in place.

If you have either a special bed or medical table you can tilt her body so that the solution flows downwards. It is best if she is on her back. In my experience the new silicone nozzles balloon enema is unexpellable. Try a few suppositories and cleanser enemas first. Then use soothing solutions. I also find that bondage helps because your control is total. There is also a three bulb concertina type butt plug (its hard to get in..) and the legendary Japanese triple balloon enema. But for sheer comfort you can use the silicone nozzles colonic irrigation retention enhancer combined with either a speculum and colonic irrigation system or with suitable tubing and nozzles this can also be used as an enema retention system. You have to cap off the speculum which is straightforward with certain plastic bottle tops which you superglue to the base and then use the side feeder to inject the solution. The ring enhancer never comes out especially if you use a tight thong. I leave the rest to your imagination...

In my experience the retention ring concept wins by a country mile.

Do indeed understand your dilemma with leakage and premature expulsion of most plugs. I've not try the Silicon nozzles type and their reviews are very positive, but some options you might explore along with a question for others to answer are:

First, inclining so the butt is higher than the person's head is very helpful. One easy and inexpensive possibility is the use of an inversion table obtainable at recycled sports/exercise equipment stores almost everywhere. They also offer many other opportunities for other pursuits. I'm not suggesting total inversion using one of those, just enough to make for better retention.

Second, using a good snug fitting panty girdle along with almost any nozzle or inflatable plug does a good job of squeezing the butt cheeks together and makes for much easier retention. Cheap, and it works quite well. Access hole in the crotch makes for good access for other purposes as well. Girdle compression can be easily enhanced with elastic wrap bandages or elastic exercise belts if more squeezing is needed.

Third, I'm curious about retention ring designs on nozzles or in an inflatable form that seals just inside the anus rather than something bulging like a balloon inside the rectum and also for most makes for more desire to expel (unless that is the sensation you want of course). Is their a nozzle that uses more of a ring type expansion rather than a ball type expansion available? Feedback will be appreciated.

You have probably already tried this but I find slowing down the flow significantly reduces the urge to expel, also if the fluid is too hot potential is greater for early expulsion, I find about 104F. works well.

Does this this mean I used it too little for it to break? Perhaps. Perhaps I went greedy and the larger balloon wants out before there's even water.

Has anyone tried the somewhat similar looking Cleanstream Clear Style Inflatable Double Bulb Enema System? The sharp "steps" of where the balloons are bonded to the hose worry me.
