Enema With air tight bottle

I made mistake. Please don't repeat.

I used an squeezy air tight bottle to administer my enema attached to a tube.

I think I got lots of air in the tube and gave myself a bad tummy for about a week.

I don't know what you did or what a squeezy bottle is, but injecting some air into your colon will not give you a tummy ache that lasts a week.

Dude... your 40 fricken years old, get 14$ and go to the store and get a 2 quart red bag enema kit,,, hang it on a door, or shower curtain rod, let the air out of the system and do your self right,,, don't do stupid shit,,,and if air does get in,well guess what,, it comes out as a fart,,,massage your belly around the asending colon to the transverse and move the air out,,, I promise it will not take a week
