Style of underwear going to your exam

Does anyone else think about the ideal underwear for your exam? For me, an extended time in "tighty whities" just magnifies the humiliation, much more than, say boxers. Tighty whities are clearly NOT meant to be seen! And when I examine a woman, something form-fitting (white cotton bikinis?) gets me going.

Since I had spent all my childhood physicals in white briefs, it stuck with me as the visual for a young male to be examined.

For play exams, i tend to think of disposable exam shorts. I think of the doctor just cutting them off when it;s time to examine "that" region.

Never wore them for a real exam. But not long after I started hanging out here on Zity, i found myself buying a case of 40 or 50 of them off amazon, thinking they would make me feel sexy to wear.

When you speak of "magnifying the humiliation", I tend to go with my favorite undergarment. The exposed butt framed by the straps would seem to have a better humiliation magnifying effect than briefs which provide as much cover as swimming trunks.

I've never had an in-person play exam, but that doesn't stop me from thinking about how the ideal exam might be conducted.

If embarrassment is what you're after, then I agree that boxers don't really do the trick for me. They're not embarrassing or humiliating at all. The only time I'd think they would be good for a play exam would be if you wanted to embarrass the patient by having an exam that they weren't expecting at all. In that case, showing up for the exam in boxers might be more realistic, and then you would embarrass them by quickly removing them.

For a good embarrassing exam, I would opt for briefs, preferably white and tight. They naturally draw your attention to those male body parts that aren't supposed to be displayed in public.

But for an even better exam, I'd go with a nice jockstrap. Like briefs, it naturally draws your attention to the male genitals and it grips them even tighter. But often the front pouch is made of an elastic, mesh-like material that can be almost see-thru depending on the brand and style. That combination gives the patient the impression and feeling that they're covered (at least in front) but that may not actually be the case due to the see-thru properties of the pouch. So their doctor can see all of their naughty bits in front without them realizing it.

And then there's the bare-back of the jock. It's obviously the most prominent feature of the garment. It suggests that the male wearing it is deliberately presenting their bare ass in preparation for some activity, possibly for penetration, which would "normally" be considered taboo for a male. And when you combine that with the tightly-bound genitals in front, it's almost as if the male is wearing something that is uniquely designed to present them as totally submissive. The front is tightly bound, so the male is not able (or allowed) to penetrate someone else, and their ass is bare and on display. Just the opposite of what society would consider "normal" for a male. It's as if they're just begging for someone to bend them over and fuck them up the ass right there. And in my mind, that's perfect for an exam where they will certainly receive (at a minimum) a good rectal and prostate exam (perhaps even more than that).

Definitely like my old-fashioned "tighty-whities" for any physical, play or real. I wear those all the time; never had any interest in wearing boxers, colored underwear, boxer-briefs, etc. They are the sexiest underwear a man can wear. Maybe it dates back to seeing my childhood friend Steve in his white briefs from time to time (he still wears them on occasion, but he also wears colored briefs), along with going to the doctor for physicals as a kid and being on the table in my white briefs.

I usually wear silk/satin bikini underwear, thongs are only occasionally worn but the real or play doc never sees them.

It was also the period of black and white, meaning before blinding color tv. We didn't see color in clothing. Or was it that white clothing seemed healthy somehow?

Tighty whities are great for exams because they provide limited coverage and add to the humiliation. I'm with you guys!

Over the years, I have worn briefs and boxers but lately find tighty whities to be the most exciting as I remember the exam for my own pleasure at a later date. Jock straps are a tantalizing fantasy but I would be much too embarassed to wear one in real life. I would be afraid that it would make it obvious that I had worn it just to inappropriately sexualize the situation.

I definitely agree about the white briefs. They provide minimal coverage thereby emphasizing the power shift to the doctor. Briefs expose more of the lower abdomen and upper thighs than boxers and make it obvious how well endowed you are. I always strip down to tighty whities to recall the exam experience as I masturbate after the exam is over.

Definitely agree that it should be white briefs or y-fronts. Whilst those are my personal choice I do enjoy receiving an email or message instructing me what to wear for an exam, if this matches my own choice even better

If my husband is giving me a play exam I do not specially wear certain underwear, it is usually just a thong or a g string. It is something like that. I like to wear very short skirts for when I have my appointments with him. Some times I wear no underwear at all and surprise him. lol

I guess it all depends on the play exam, if you’re going to be sitting there in just a gown, it really doesn’t matter about the panties. But, if the play doc tells you to leave your panties on so he can pull them down for a RT, or pull them off before the pelvic, then a pair of nice panties is good ?

It all depended on the play doc I was seeing. One would instruct me to remove all my clothes from the get go--which was great because that would never be asked of me in a real exam and it amplified the embarrassment factor considerably. (Tho once when we met up I asked to keep my boxer briefs on for a bit--and that he would lower them and have me step out of them. It was a fun variation, but I ultimately liked his way better.) Another play doc would start the exam by having me go into the bathroom to produce a urine sample and instructed me to change into one of the pairs of underwear he had laid out on the bathroom vanity. It was really kinky and I really enjoyed it. Next time we met up, I wore a jock and he had me in that for much of the exam, which built up a lot of anticipation for the last part of the exam. Were I to go in for another play exam, I'd probably go with the jock again.

I have my private likes and dislikes, much like with head hair, pubic hair, tattoos, and piercings, however as long as they are tasteful and have a good attitude, that is what really matters. And I have to admit, I kind of enjoy the surprise as the layers get peeled back.

As a play doc, I ask patients to wear what they feel comfortable in. Personally, I don't care for white underwear and prefer black. It seems that I am in a minority
