Hospital shots and visitors (fiction)

I arrive in my hospital room and strip to underwear as instructed when a beautiful nurse enters saying she has two booster shots for me and asking where I want them. I try to disguise my enthusiasm by saying that I usually take injections in my bottom and she cautions me that the rest of the injections I will get during my stay must go in the buttocks so she thought I might want these small shots in the arm to reduce posterior soreness. Before I can reply she says that, as these are subcutaneous rather than intramuscular injections, she can give them lower in the buttocks than the area later to be injected, to which I agree. I turn to look out of the window as instructed and she thrills me by pulling down my pants before swabbing and quickly jabbing the middle of each cheek right where I sit. I then put on my pyjamas and get into bed.

After a while I am visited by Anne and Karen, two lovely young ladies who live next door to me. Karen is an excellent cook and kindly offers to bring me dinner to spare me having to eat hospital food. I thank her, saying that the food is the worst part of a hospital stay but she counters, "second worst", opining that injections are really the worst part. Anne explains that Karen is so frightened of shots that she has to hold her across her lap to get them. "She gets them in the bottom?" I eagerly ask and Anne replies to my excitement, "We both do. It's the best place." I tell them that I have had two booster shots since arriving and Karen eagerly asks, "Where?". Before I can reply, the nurse enters with two syringes in a tray and asks the girls if they would like to wait outside while she gives me my injections.

Having young ladies witness my buttock injections has always turned me on so I took the opportunity to invite the girls to stay, which clearly pleased them. When the nurse told me to roll over, Karen excitedly exclaimed, "He's going to get them in the bottom?!" Both girls stare keenly as the nurse pulls my pyjamas and pants all the way down. Anne remarks on the bruises where I sit and the nurse satisfies Karen's earlier question by saying that she had given me two booster shots there but that these injections will go higher to avoid the tender area. During the swab I say to the girls, "On the subject of booster shots, are yours up-to-date?", which clearly unnerves Karen, who reciprocates by commenting on the large size of the injection I am about to get. Then I feel it. The deep plunge of the needle doesn't hurt too much but the subsequent pain of the serum being injected causes me to gasp and shudder, making Karen laugh while Anne more sympathetically asks if it hurts. When the needle comes out, I promptly feel the same treatment to the other cheek, during which the nurse asks the girls about their booster shots to which Anne replies to Karen's obvious consternation, "Actually, we are both due for tetanus and flu shots". After my injections, the nurse asks the girls if they would like their boosters now. Karen shouts "No" but Anne overrules her saying that getting them now will give less time to worry about it.

I remain in position after the nurse leaves until Anne gently rubs my bottom, accurately opining that I must be really sore back there and then carefully pulls up my pants and pyjamas. I gingerly turn over onto my back just as the nurse returns with four small syringes. She initially disappoints me by asking the girls where they want them but Anne delights me by replying on behalf of both, "same place you gave him his," pointing to her own bottom for emphasis. Anne's stoicism is contrasted by Karen's manifest terror, so it is decided the frightened one should go first. Knowing she has no choice, Karen observes the routine of lifting her skirt and bending over Anne's lap. Anne pulls Karen's panties all the way down, providing me with a lovely view of her shapely but trembling bare bottom. She whimpers and tenses the muscle as the nurse swabs the middle of her cheek (literally the same place I got mine) and screams on feeling the shot. Same treatment to the other cheek and then the tearful girl stands up gingerly caressing both naked buttocks.

When it is Anne's turn, she calmly pulls her jeans and slightly moist panties all the way down facing away to give me the same delightful view but smiling at me over her shoulder while getting the shots as though she enjoyed getting them as much as I did watching. Leaving everything down, she clutches her cheeks and unabashedly turns full face toward me. When getting dressed her only adverse comment is wishing she hadn't worn such tight jeans (which she leaves open as she carefully sits down. The nurse leaves with the caution that, whilst getting the shots didn't hurt much, they might not be able to sit down later.

During subsequent conversation, Karen admits that she is glad she got the shots instead of having to worry about getting them and she asks if I enjoyed watching, to which I coyly replied that the view was delightful. Both girls compliment me on having a nice bottom but only Karen overtly confesses to enjoying seeing me injected back there. After a while they have difficultly sitting down so they decide to go home. Just then the nurse arrives saying to me, "injection time". Anne reminds her that she already gave me my shots but the nurse says that these are the next two in a long series. Anne makes to leave but Karen says she wants to stay and watch me get them and tells me to roll over. Her eagerness turns me on but the thrill is mitigated by fear of the pain in my already very sore bottom. Everything comes down, promptly followed by a swab and extremely painful injection in each buttock, provoking an expression of genuine sympathy from Karen as well as Anne. They promise to return as often as possible, doubtless to witness further dart practice in my vulnerable bare bottom.
