On the third day, Stefan is woken up by a rubber nurse. He tells him that he will have to be washed and shaved all over the choir. The nurse puts him on the chair, takes the car from the cart and starts to shave him, then lights a candle from the cart and holds it over Stefan's head to put the hot candle on his head. Stefan starts to cry.

The nurse finishes the torture with wax and takes him to the brain operating room. Doctor Miha enters the room and signals to the nurse to tie him to the table. The doctor puts an oxygen mask on his face and makes holes in his head to operate on it. When he wakes up from the coma after a week, he finds out that he was operated on all over his body and that he now has to stay in the hospital for recovery for two weeks.
