A knock came at the door.

"Come in", said the doctor. Marija really wished he hadn't said that.

The door opened and in came the attractive young blonde nurse that she had spoken to earlier, carrying a paper cup.

Marija now felt doubly exposed, her naked body and helpless predicament being seen by a whole new person. Also, Pam did not close the door behind her! Marija was too mortified to speak.

"Now Pam if you aren't too busy why don't you stay and help me with this."

"Ok doctor, what should I do?", said the blonde with a curious look.

Doctor Stephens took Pam aside and discussed something with her quietly. Marija tried to make it out but couldn't. She could see Pam nodding in agreement with the doctor.

Doctor Stephens took out a felt tip pen and made a small mark on the sole of Marija's foot. She squirmed from the sensation.

"X marks the spot..", he said matter of factly.

Then he picked up that heated metal tip and held it up to that exact point of her tender flesh, this time longer than the brief jabs before. The heat cut into her.

"Sssssssssssss....", she could only manage a pinched wincing sound while the heat was on her.

"Get ready.."

The doctor pulled the probe away, "now!"

Pam took an ice cube and rubbed its coldness right on the same spot where the heat had been, canceling the pain with an equal and opposite one. She held it there and rubbed it around a bit.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhh....", Marija moaned.

The process was repeated numerous times.

"There.."

"Nnnnnnnnnnnnnn...."

"Now!"

"Oooooooohhhhh..."

After more repetitions on different parts of her poor feet than she could count Marija was alternately hissing like a snake and coooing like a dove. When would it end?

Then she felt the marker on the tip of her big toe.

"No no not the toes not.."

"Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzxzzzzxxx...." the hot hot

tip pushed at the end of her poor toe.

"Ice it!"

"Woo whoo woo whoo", she babbled incoherently.

Same thing for the next three toes.

"This last one should be a doozy"

"No please no no"

She could make no audible sound as the heat sensation registered on her helpless smallest toe.

Then the ice.

"Ahhhhhh ahhh oooooh oooo ahhhh", she choked back tears as her loins burst with paradoxical pleasure. She writhed and moaned in involuntary orgasm as they watched.
