"Let's get started shall we" said Dr. Zimmerman. As she said it, like on que, Nurse Meghan shut the privacy curtain that separated the room from the door. The entire scene was enough to make Carl's head explode. He was covered only by a napkin sized piece of paper. His bare bottom touching the paper on the exam table.

Nurse Meghan position herself to the top left corner of the exam table, she could clearly see Carl's naked butt, and Carl felt her eyes on him. He had been with plenty of women before in his life, he even had a threesome with two girl while in college, but this, this was something different for him. Dr. Zimmerman stood at the foot of the table right in front of Carl. She grabbed a light off the wall, and flashed it in his eyes, and made him look left and right. Next she swapped the tip again, and inserted it first into left nostril, then into his right. She then removed the tip and shined the light at his face, while Nurse Meghan handed her a wooden tongue depressor.

"Open up" she said. Carl obliged, and she put the wooden stick on the back of his mouth "say ahh".

"ahhhh" Carl managed.

"still have your tonsils, I see"

"yyaaahh" is all Carl could get out, because of the wooden stick still being pushed onto his tongue.

The doctor pulled out the stick, and threw it in the trash. Carl felt the taste of wood on his tongue still. Then Nurse Meghan handed Dr. Zimmerman a long Q-tip "A quick throat swab" announced the doctor, as she pushed down Carl's still open throat far enough to make him audibly gag. She then handed it back to the nurse, who put in a long vile, with Carl's patient information on it. Carl noticed there were several of them.

Next she felt his throat and neck glands. She held his Adam's apple area instructing Carl to swallow. She followed that up, by putting her hands under his armpit and slowly the pressing the glands there. She then removed her stethoscope from around her neck, and placed it on Carl's back.

"Deep Breath" the doctor instructed. "Again, again, again" each time she asked, she moved the stethoscope around his back. Now both the doctor and the nurse had a clear view of his bare butt on the paper covered exam table.

Dr. Zimmerman then moved the stethoscope onto the front of his chest. "Deep breath again" she said "and last one". "ok, just breathe normal for me" and she moved the stethoscope all around his chest she commented "Your heart is beating fast".

"I'm just a little nervous, and kind of embarrassed"

"nonsense" she said. "Your a big boy now, and when you're a big boy, you go to the doctor for your physical... every year". Now lay back for me"
