"JOSH, we will proceed with your health questionnaire. As you heard me say earlier, your expected to answer the questions fully, and to the best of your ability! Is that understood?" snapped Craig.

"Yes sir," replied Josh.

"Good," responded Craig.

Craig began reading from the form once again.

"Have you had any surgeries in the last 5 years?"

Josh responded, "I had my appendix removed 3 years ago, due to complications."

"Anything further," Craig asked.

"No sir."

"Are you sexually active?" asked Craig.

At that moment Josh started to feel the attention was no all aimed on him, as he was forced to answer this personal question. He tried to avoid eye contact with his supervisor Craig.

"Yes... I am sir," Josh managed to get out.

"With one person or multiple people," inquired Craig.

"One sir," said Josh.

"Male or female partner," Craig asked quickly.

"A female, my girlfriend that I have been dating for a month," Josh answered.

Craig wrote the answer down on the form, and briefly looked up at Josh, before moving on.

"Are you engaged in any other sexual activity with anyone else," asked Craig.

Josh answered quickly, "NO."

Are you currently using protection," asked Craig while looking up and making eye contact with Josh. Josh felt a rush and embarrassment feeling come over him and he tried to avoid eye contact with Craig. While I was setting next to Josh during these personal questions, I felt bad for Josh. At the same time I was relieved that I wasn't answering anymore personal questions about my habits.

"That completes your health questionnaire. Thanks for providing your answers Josh," stated Craig.

Craig quickly adjusted his tie at his neck and put the form in a separate folder from mine. We both sat their and waited. Josh and I briefly looked at each other making eye contact. At this point we were both annoyed and ready for the earth to open up and swallow us. We had known each other since we both started working for the company. But we had not discussed personal details with each other in this depth.

"GENTLEMEN! Tomorrow morning you both will need to arrive here to the office and meet me at 7am. I will be taking you two men to the company doctor to undergo your exams," Craig said in a demanding tone.

I was thinking at that moment, why does our boss need to accompany Josh and I to an appointment of such nature!?!?? This was nothing that I had ever heard of!

"You both are expected to eat a good dinner tonight after work. I'd advise both of you men to go to bed at a decent time tonight. I'd suggest 9pm. Its important that you two guys get good rest so you can have the best results for your physicals tomorrow," Craig said in a stern tone.

Now here we are getting orders from our supervisor about a bed time, and dinner. GEEZ. Whats next. Could this get any worse.

"The two of you will need to bring any medications that you take for the medical review, you'll also both need to wear comfortable clothing, and bring athletic shoes, shorts, shirt, and an athletic supporter or compression shorts. The two of you will under go a running stress test and fitness evaluation. Make sure you bring your usual business clothes tomorrow as well. You boys can change, once your exam as completed and we return to the office," said Craig.

Josh and I nodded in agreement and briefly looked at each other. I think we both were freaked out about these orders. Not only were we suggested to eat a good dinner and go to bed early, we were now being told what to wear to the doctor and even going as far as telling us that we needed to wear an athletic supporter or jock. WOW!!! This was just to much! I know Josh and I really needed our jobs. We both had financial commitment and needed our paychecks. So we really had no choice!
