John's Exam

The Week of Waiting

Emerging from the shower he noticed Mark was playing on his phone, calmly waiting. He'd never had blood drawn early before, but it certainly made sense.

He was glad their dad is out of town. It makes things much easier, and he can move around nude, if he wants to. Buttoning his shirt, he smiled, checking the time

Grabbing his tie and bag, calling Mark, he heads to the door and out to the car.

"Why are we leaving without breakfast again?" Grabbing the pack and slamming the door, chasing after his brother.

""Eating and drinking can mess up stuff they need to check. We'll eat!!" Backing out, they made their way to the train station, parkedand grabbed the train to Midtown.

"Its near the Fox," he commented, as they boarded the gold line, for the 22 minute trip. They both enjoyed the scenery as students and office workers were heading in. They both smiled at each other watching both the scenery and the progress of the trip.

They arrived.at the station and it appeared most of the passengers leaving were near their age. Making the short walk down West Peachtree, they found the office, a rarity in todays world, a single doctor in practice.

They entered, signed in and were given the requisite book to be completed. John sighed and wrote, Mark, blushing at some of the questions.

Shorrly after the papers had been returned, John was called back. An athletic male tech smiled and led him back, making small talk.

Seated in the lab chair, the tech applied the tourniquet and gently slid the needle in as Mark appeared with a female tech and is seated across the hall. He smiles sheepishly as she gets close to him, as John finished, and is escorted out by Matt. John waited at the counter, holding two forms, chatting.

Mark came out the door, smiling, and they left.

Heading to a nearby Burger King, Mark shared that the tech he had gone to their kiddie klinic, blushing as he pictured her waiting.

"It seemed strange to be the youngest," Mark observed, as they ate.

They finished eating and caught the train back, making it in time for second period.

Mark and Jen chatted, after the Wednesday morning adventure, then saw each other over the weekend. She mentioned her upcoming physical and her anxiety, saying that she was switching to Bobbys mom.

"Mark mentioned her and thought with her being a girl,.."

"Oh?! Really"...placing her hand on his knee and sliding it slowly to the left. He felt heat and motion. "You dont think a woman.. can.. check you?" Whispering in his right ear, he could sense a smile in her voice, as she continied.

He gulped as her hand felt the display under his slacks. Whispering.. "what time wednesday?"

"Uh... 8."

"Wear your black.... For me.".. She whispered.. drawing her head back, smiling leaning in and kissing him as she unzipped his slacks.

Her slim appearance and barely B cups turned a lot of guys off.. That, plus her love for ball caps of all descriptions. But John had found her to be fascinating.. and a fantastic woman.

He got home and saw his dad's car. Parking next to it, he exited, lowering the garage door. Mark was online.

"John.. we got an email about Wednesday.. we need to get records!"

"Well we'll get that done Monday", smiling.

Jim, their dad appeared, an older and slightly larger version of his oldest.

"Good time?" Smiling.. "How is Jennifer?"

Mark smiled, blushing, John replied she was doing good, before showering before bed.

John was on Kik with a bud when there was a soft knock on his door and it opened slightly, revealing Mark, barefoot, hair wet from his shower, in gym shorts. He motioned him in, telling his bud he needed a few, when Mark parked on the edge of the bed. Nude, the sheet mid chest, he looked at his kid brother and smiled... "Whats up?"

"Besides you?"Grinning John playfully swung, missing. "I'm..... nervous."

Smiling..Nodding.."Me too..it's natural. I heard dad talking to mom once.. he was nervous."

"REALLY!? DAD?!!?"

Nodding.." but its just a doc.. a GUY doc.." smiling... "Jen.. took exception to you not wanting to see Dr Landis because she's a girrrrrllllllll..."

They chatted for a bit, Mark returned to his room, somewhat more at ease but still nervous and just a tad excited about Wednesday.

Monday saw Dad on the road again, and after school a stop by the kiddie klinic, to request their records be sent. John pulled out of the lot, sighing, headed for home.
