They passed only some seconds that Susy started to feel a strong burning beginning so to howl: “it burns, it burns, what have you done me? take it out, take it out, enough, enough”, but Paola, once more time reassured her: “calm, calm, it were only some drops of glycerin, it is nothing, you will see that it immediately passes”.

Instinctively Susy started to push with greater decision to try to free herself from the strong burning and in fact Maria, that always had the two hers fingers deep inserted in the daughter’s ass, started to feel the big and hard cork to come more down, succeeding finally to help herself with the fingers, to make to go down still more it, slowly.

Paola supervising all the procedure, advised then to the friend: “Maria, put still some drops of glycerin and then you continue using three fingers”.

Maria, as always obedient, she threw out almost entirely hers fingers allowing Paola to pour other glycerin on them and then placing side by side a third finger she again penetrated in depth her daughter.

In the meantime Maria, despite the shouts of her daughter, had succeeded in grabbing the fecal mass, finally succeeding in extracting it, obviously provoking a big dilation of the poor Susy’s anus with consequent strong pain that in the instant of the extraction, it let the girl scream even more wildly: “it’s over, it’s over, now calm yourself, it’s over”, told Paola to Susy, trying to console her, while she was quick to insert her the two suppositories in depth, without Susy almost realized it, and then she cleaned well her with a dampened towelette.

The nurse examined therefore carefully what Maria had just extracted, and shaking the head told the friend: “Maria, as I have already told you this has happened for the wrong diet of Susy, she drinks too much few and she eats few foods containing fibers, and I would not like that, besides not being well, keeping on striving herself comes her the hemorrhoids, thing that, with the time could make necessary an annoying and painful surgical procedure, are you aware of this?”.

Maria, shaking the head, answered: “you are correct, I will try again to convince Susy and if she won't listen to me I will do her, twice a week, some clysters, doing so perhaps to convince her to change hers habits”.

After some minutes Paola took a tweezers and asked to Maria to take a tampax and then she made to turn Susy on her back asking her to spread well and lift again her legs.

The nurse then with two fingers widened her the vaginal lips and removed with the tweezers, watching out for not to hurt her, the small tampon from the urethra and she finally inserted her two fingers in the vaginal canal removing the big tampon by now bloody, that attentively examined, replacing it immediately after with the tampax.

“Well Maria”, said Paola, now you can go with Susy in the bathroom and be certain yourself that she discharge really, while I do start to prepare the syringes for the vitamin’s injections.

Maria so taken Susy for a hand and throwing her by an arm did stand up her from the bed accompanying her in bathroom doing then sit down her on the wc.

Susy hardly sat, started immediately to urinate expelling so the disinfectant of the urethral suppository inserted before by Paola and contemporarily also started to relieve herself of what was remained of the two suppositories and finally even of the fecal matter accrued in several days.

This instantly provoked her an intense burning, that also complaining herself was not however able to stop herself: “mom help me, it burns, burns a lot, ouch”, said Susy whining, tired but now less stunned, considering that the action of the tranquilizer started to end.

Maria, didn't wait to answer to her daughter: “that uses you lesson, you have heard what Paola has said you? I hope what finally you will give listening to whom knows more than you”, starting to carefully clean the daughter with some cleansing towelettes, that having ended she had gotten up from the wc and bent to allow the mother to clean her better continuing however to whine yet.

Shortly after, Paola arrived, checking in the wc what Susy had expelled and then she palpated her the belly seeming this time satisfied: “I would say that she was discharged well, hourly we give her the injections, so she can return to sleep and me return at home also”.

But Susy, hearing to speak of injections, very surprised, didn't delay to manifest hers disappointment.

“Which injections? I am not sick, therefore I don't need of them”, Susy started to tell the nurse, while been just going out of the bathroom instead of returning in her bedroom she tried to get further for so to avoid what inexorably attended her.

But Maria, quickly grabbed her for an arm, practically dragging her in her bedroom to win her resistance, while Paola, always calm and imperturbable, she didn't have problems to answer the girl: ” Susy, you are not sick, but I am pretty sure that a care of vitamins will be useful for you, in fact by now we are in autumn and it will be useful for your health during the winter”.

When they returned in the bedroom, Maria made again to lay down on the bed Susy, obviously on the belly and then she discovered well hers bottom, while Paola already drew near to them with in hand a small prepared syringe charged with a red liquid and a cotton wad soaked with alcohol.

Susy feeling the unmistakable smell of the alcohol was bothered even more, knowing well that very early, she would have been given her the shot, but Paola began to talk to the girl trying to calm her: “Susy, this red liquid is vitamin B12, you will see that it won't burn”, and unexpectedly she whispered to the friend: “Maria, it’s time that you give your first injection”, passing therefore to the friend the syringe and the wad to disinfect Susy.

Despite she had already explained a lot of times to Maria like to do, Paola recommended her once more to choose the correct area whether to inject, to perfectly hold perpendicular the needle, to plunge it completely in definite way and then to inhale before slowly injecting the medicament to be sure herself don’t inject in vein.

Maria, a little excited, started to rub the cotton wad to disinfect the left cheek of her daughter, that more and more apprehensive, feeling to be disinfected in different way by as Paola did her since when she was child, immediately realized that it didn't deal with the nurse.

“Susy please, relax, relax your muscles”, Paola still recommended to Susy, seeing the girl to bother herself still more.

An instant after Maria, for the first time in her lifetime, stabbed the needle to give her first intramuscular injection, for the truth not in perfect way and with some indecision: “ ouch, ouch”, she complained Susy tightening strong the sheets among her fingers to bear the sharp pain.

Maria, made her account of her indecision, she was doubtful whether to continue or to stop the injection, but Paola encouraged her: “come on, come on, continue, the more is done; being your first shot you have done not so bad, there are nurses that also after years of practice they don't know how to do better of this”, Maria, encouraged, then inhaled and verified that there was no return of blood, she began to slowly inject the red liquid, then, this time with definite movement and without hurt Susy, quickly removed the needle, immediately disinfecting with a brief massage on the little wound due to the needle.

“Not bad, not bad at all, I am sure, that with some practice, soon you will be good as me”, Paola commented smiling at the friend, “now however”, she continued Paola, “it is better that I give the second injection to Susy”, well knowing how much more painful it would have been.

This way after having put back on the desk the used syringe, Paola began to prepare the second injection, keeping on explaining to Maria, that careful, listened as a schoolgirl her teacher, what she was doing: “the next injection that I will give to Susy, will consist of vitamin B-complex mixed to vitamin C diluted in sterile water, exactly like that given before to Max, in fact I have still about 4cc of this vitamin’s mix that I had prepared before”.

This way Paola took from her purse a big syringe and mounted on it a needle long 2.5 inches, immediately beginning to inhale from the vial the vitamin mix until to fill it completely, then she made to exit the air as long as from the long needle exited a drop of liquid and taking another cotton wad soaked of alcohol returned with the friend toward Susy that waited more and more nervous still laid down on the bed.

Susy hardly saw Paola draw near her keeping in her hands that enormous syringe with a so long needle on it how she had never seen before, started to cry desperate just as she did when she was child and Paola gave her the first shot of antibiotic.

To Paola, Susy and her mother returned in mind that unforgettable dramatic moments happened so many years ago.

“I don't want, don't I want, because you have to use a such big syringe with a so long needle?”, Susy shouted terrorized, getting in answered by Paola:” Susy you don't have nothing to fear, the great syringe is necessary because this is a mixture of several vitamins and therefore the dosage is more abundant than the usual and the needle is longer because I have to inject you the medicine in depth for a greater effectiveness, but believe me it won't be more painful than the usual one”, but Susy, mindful of the past experiences and knowing well Paola she was not convinced at all of the nurse’s words.

Said this Paola, she drew near to Susy, recommending to Maria to keep herself ready to hold her daughter in the eventuality she had to move and after having palpated the girl’s right cheek to find the most proper area where to inject in depth, she started to disinfect Susy, massaging her for a long time, patiently attending that the girl, despite she kept on crying, relaxed herself a little more.

They almost spent two minutes and Paola, finally started to feel that Susy was relaxing herself and that hers muscles were not contracted anymore, so without warn and with rapid movement the nurse stabbed her the needle deeply for all of its length, without that Susy almost realized of it, with Maria, that looked admired and almost incredulous the skilling of her friend.

As usual Paola inhaled then and considering that didn't reenter any blood, before injecting she warned Susy: “now honey do a deep breath for me”, after that, she did a sign with the head to tell Maria to hold herself ready and started to press on the piston slowly injecting the medicament.

Instantly Susy felt a strong burning: “it burns, it burns, enough, enough, take it out, take it out”, but the nurse as usual didn't pay her attention and slowly continued the endless injection.

Shortly time after the burning turned itself into a pain that became more and more unbearable with the amount of the injected liquid and the girl lost her self control beginning to wriggle out herself, but her mother held her well firm and stopped hers hands.

For the acute pain hers complaints quickly transformed themselves in acute howls, just as happened when she was child, and just as then, while she was howling, Susy felt Paola that with her calm voice consoled her: ” It’s over, it’s over, almost done, sshh, calm you, calm you, you are a good girl”.

When Paola finally ended to inject the vitamins, removed quickly the needle exactly like when she had inserted it and started again the slow massage with the alcohol.

Susy was so painful that she complained, whining, anything Paola did her, then as soon as Paola ended the massage leaving her free, she immediately hid herself under the covers exhausted and still painful.

Then Maria and Paola, started to methodically pick up all the used tools putting back them in the big purse and they finally extinguished the light, going out of the bedroom, finally allowing Susy to sleep, asking themselves if the following day, Susy waking up herself, remembered what had happened to her really or it would be seemed her only an ugly dream.
