Work it, work it good.
I was mad at sub a few weeks ago, can't remember why. So instead of taking it out on him, anger blinds one to playing safely, I pounded 12 T-posts into the garden to support my tomato cages.
My post pounder, which sub made for me years ago, is heavy. Makes it easier to pound a post in. The comercial ones available in farm stores are light and wimpy. I have one up in the barn, but I don't use it often. It takes too many pounds to drive a post in. I prefer less pounds to get the job done.
I did get them all placed, with cages also placed. I felt better letting that anger out in a constructive way. My shoulder was very achy. But there was no ouchie pain(s). Ouchie pain is not good. That I try to avoid.
I let it rest the next day. It worked pretty hard and deserved it. That seems to be my pattern.
My stamina has gotten better in the last month. I am up to 6 hours of work in a day. It means I can get more done. Some days I need go easier the following day. I want to work, but I don't want to do damage to myself.
I am still looking at that unfinished roof. One day I will get back to it. It will be tinned!

The PT compared my injury to a rotor cuff injury. So we are similar in our issues. I don't need replacement. If I treat it correctly.

I know where you're coming from, need to have my right shoulder replaced ( dominant arm ).

Mike45, I still have an area above my head that the right arm doesn't quite go by itself. The left arm is learning to pick up the slack
