Currently on my knees in a diaper and expelling my fleet enema. I need to pee but I’m pushing so hard to get the fleet out I can’t pee lol. Got another urge to pushing coming. Hopefully it’s a big one on its way out. Next will be my 4qt bag in the shower. Gonna be a great time.

we’ll only managed to get in just under two quarts. I think pooping in my diaper is making my anus a little looser or not so much loose as relaxed. I don’t have to think about pooping in my diaper. I put it on and relax and bare down just every so slightly and it comes out. So I think me holding my enemas are gonna be a lot less volume than I normally take. I know I don’t even have to think about peeing in them. I put the diaper on and relax and it comes out with no issues. On my way to 24/7 diapers
