Summer is here but July 4th is now a fading memory, or at least part of it is. We had a holiday bash if I can call it that as we had 20 people come to watch the fireworks. We don't do them ourselves, but there is a neighbor at the end of the lake who hires a professional firm to put on a show--and I do mean a show.
Anyway, for a meal I made 15 lbs of pulled pork, a huge pot of cowboy beans, and some coleslaw. Add to that an assortment of beers and let's just said we had a good time. The company was great and lent a hand at clean up meaning that my husband and I only had some odds and ends to attend to come Tuesday morning. He is working on repairing the stone steps leading from the house to the lake so that's what kept him occupied as I felt that I needed to clean out the accumulated stress of the weekend. If you have been reading my past blog entries you will know that this means finding some time to enjoy my enema can.
The process is not complicated as most home enemas are not. Still I wanted one of the better cleaning outs so it was going to be Ivory and not baking soda. It also was not going to be a partial can, but one filled to the brim. My intention was to take what I could and if necessary come back and take the rest. Those intentions were spot on because that is what happened. After taking probably three pints in the Sims position, I felt that I had reached my limit, shut the clamp, and waited for as long as I could before moving to the potty. I took my time and let the waves of expulsion continue until I was done, but that took maybe 20 minutes. With the best of intentions I returned the can, but now realized that the remaining enema was too cool for my taste so I refilled it with warm water, but no additional soap. After rehanging the can and returning the floor and the Sims position, I took the whole thing without any hesitation. While the first enema got a lot out of me, much to my surprise so did the second. The result was that I now needed a good nap. After putting on my swimsuit I went out to the hammock and fell asleep.
Was this a great day or what?
