It is always darkest before the rainbow

I have truly been struggling lately physically and emotionally. But I am trying so hard with all my might to do better and be better. I wanted to share this in case anyone else needs to hear it.

When you are wrapped in a cocoon, hid away from the life you once knew but not yet ready for the life that is coming next, may you rest as you quietly grow. May you remember that transformation doesn't happen overnight, it takes time and deep strength. And when the wait is over, may you brilliantly break through, flying into the glory you've been created for.

Even when things are tough take care of yourself.
