Playing can be dangerous
So this morning I found myself alone at home with a couple hours to spare before needing to go to work.
I was feeling extremely horny and started chatting with a friend on Zity. He had my imagination going into overdrive, than he zapped me with the “ lush” from lovesense.
We kept chatting on video and his chatter was getting more and more suggestive.
As was his zapping. It was not long before he had me squirming all over the place. Apparently at some point during my exploding climax I first arched my back and also sat upright at some point ( rather suddenly sonic seems) however I was completely oblivious of this till he told me. I was completely exhausted after this “ play” but as I got up eventually I did notice I did not move as freely as I normally do. It seems I pulled a muscle!!!!!!!
Who knew early morning play could be that dangerous lol

Although my injury was not sustained by playing with myself lol. It was when someone else was playing long distance with me.
I think it might have been his way of revenge 😉
I believe you might know how ruthless I can be when I have the controls 😀

As I see it you have two options: 1) Tell your personal trainer about this sports-related injury. Show them what position you were in and what you were doing. They can then set you up with some exercises to target these specific muscles and motions. You may want them to spot you during the first few sessions in case you need assistance. 2) You may need to properly restrained to the bed or chair or dining room table, wherever you choose to next play with your self. I would guess that straps securing your upper arms, forehead, chest, waist, thighs, and ankles down to the furniture du jour would be good starting point. This is all for your own safety, of course. Don’t give up. Keep calm, and diddle on.
