One minute Nipple Energiser
For those with sensitive nipples, this is a short treatment you can do anywhere, even lying in bed. (If your nipples are not sensitive yet, it is simply painful.)
Using the nails on your thumb and index finger, take hold of each nipple very near the tip. I do mean really near! Around 2 or 3 mm from the tip. Squeeze the nipples between the nails. Hold for 10 seconds. This should feel very intense, such that you will be glad when the time is up.
Keeping the nails where they are, loosen the squeeze for 10 seconds.
Repeat for 10, but after 10, keep hold firmly.
Move the nails against each other, for 10 seconds - as if you were trying to 'grind' the nipples. You get get flashes of increased intensity.
